Is mood, aspect, tense and voice part of morphology or syntax?
If its part of syntax how many part does a syntax have?

See and hear used in the progressive means that the subject is hallucinating. "I am seeing/hearing things"

I disagree. I think the word "things" is what generates the meaning of hallucination. People don't speak this way often, but if someone said "I am hearing the song Jingle Bells", I definitely wouldn't automatically assume they were hallucinating.
