In the Netherlands scooter are Divided in to two categories the fast Wich a helmet is mandatory drives 12.5 miles per hour and without a helmet is 6.94 miles per hour.

Well you know and a lot of countries a scooter motorbike is there Transportation but here in America they say oil you can't go far that far on that when you know people do s*** like that used to ride horses and Buggies and bicycles and well I just was wondering if people actually took a long rides tours like if I wanted to go from Chicago to Evansville Indiana and back good would I be safe on it would it make it you know things like that
