    Exercícios produtivos. Meus halteres são de apenas 2 kg cada um, mas ainda assim tenho dificuldade em fazer os exercícios. Paro no meio ou pulo alguns. Não vou desistir. Sua orientação tem me encaminhado para melhores resultados a cada dia. Muito obrigada. Grande abraço.

      Tenho que expressar minha gratidão a você por assistir ao vídeo que faltava. ^ ^ Muito bom. Acho que o mais importante é continuar trabalhando duro. Inicialmente, aumentar o número de repetições e aumentar o tempo gasto na execução do exercício podem ser seus objetivos iniciais. É bom aumentar gradualmente o número de repetições para cada semana e aumentar a intensidade ou dificuldade após cerca de 3 semanas. ^ ^

      Creo que puede variar según la carga con mancuernas y el tipo de ejercicio. Las dominadas y los remo con mancuernas son excelentes para ejercicios de espalda.

      Hola. Encantado de conocerlo. El peso de la mancuerna es de 8kg y yo peso unos 82kg. Personalmente, prefiero usar mancuernas de 10 kg.

      I'm sorry bro I always feel sorry for uploading only similar videos. ㅠ But these days, I have a lot of sore spots, so I can hardly do bodybuilding-style weight training at the gym. If I do only chin-ups and barbell shoulder presses and do dumbbell exercises, my body hurts here and there, so I'll try again later when I have time and prepare to provide it as a video. ㅠ
