In his full years of test cricket he averages 1053.6 runs per calendar year. He’ll need to maintain that rate for another 5 years to catch Tendulkar’s record. While not impossible it seems unlikely.

Nah, great decision. I said so at the time, due to the impending weather, and so it has proven to be. Lunchtime the next day: Smith, Warner and Labuschagne out, runs harder to come by, Australia scoring at less than 3 an over, cloudy for the rest of the day, thunderstorms tomorrow. The decision now looks a no-brainer.

Quality bowling? The same bowling attack won em the wtc finals a few days back.
When you play attacking cricket, bowlers tend to miss their line and length and look ordinary.
Moreover this approach is a double edged sword, but it seems the england team doesn't care as long as they're successful.
Australia will still need to score near 500 to get a decent lead and put some pressure on England which I don't see happening. Even if it did happen, England with their positive approach and a good wicket would still probably surprise us.
