What an amazing start to the iconic Ashes series! The energy levels of the players and commentators alike, along with the cheers (and jeers) from the crowd, are nothing like anything we have witnessed over the test series' that have been conducted over at least the past 3-4 years. The opening delivery - the magical Starc inswinger - uprooting Rory Burns' middle and leg pole may be as ominous a sign for heralding England's fate as was the Steve Harmison opening delivery (a wide straight through to the second slip) in the 2006 Ashes. The electricity through the ground was nothing short of that which could be felt throughout each and every Test of the 2013 Ashes, when a certain moustached left-armer ran through England, with speed, speed, and brutal hostility (Remember Taylor's words - "Pace, real pace!"). Cummins' hostility today had some uncanny resemblance to Johnson's in 2013. If Starc can come into his own over the course of the series, this could very well be one of the longest and most dreadful series for the English team. The only thing missing from this highlights package is Mark Nicholas' legendary commentary - he would have made England's collapse (can we call it that? There wasn't really a collapse so much as there was being totally outplayed by a superior attack) all the more memorable. Gotta love the amazing sarcasm towards the end (roughly 7:34 mark) - "Good morning if you're tuning in from England; your team was knocked over for a 147!" Pretty early to say but yes Dale steyn was outstanding in Asian conditions Lets see what Cummins bring in the 4 match test series against India next year
0:40 warne trying his best to justify how that's the worst ball ever delivered in cricketing history
Yeah because he didn't like starcs selection but now that he bowled well he needs some shitty excuse
😂
I reckon this has defo something to do with Gary's selection
Beautiful Gaba what atmosphere ❤️. Top level highlights love ashes Pat 🔥
When grandest teams playing the grandest format of cricket in iconic Stadium in the most prestigious stage!
Absolute majestic 💥💥❤️
Australia Rocked ♥️
Pat Cummins :What a start as a Captain🥰
0:20 What a start. BANG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Kuddos to the Title writer!! Magnificent display both by the Aussies and the writer of the title!
What a great start of Ashes what a miracle delivery of Mitchell starc first ball dark I remember Mitchell starc done the job earlier against India in 2020 border Gavaskar series
To beat the mighty Aussies in Australia....talent, technique, stamina & luck are not enough.
Mental strength is the vital factor....
Starc's ball to burns will go down in history and with the great Gillard comentation.. "Oh he's bowled him.. the inswinger from starc.. Immediate breakthrough"
4:27 What a commentator!!
Australian commentary is always energetic and entertaining to listen. It's good to see here from first ball onwards they are pumped up like players.
We waiting for the Highlights of Ashes Day 1.....

Congrates to Cummins !He is always my favorite ❤️
Absolute genius! my dearest Patto🎉
What a brilliant start from the aussies. They made an instant impact and stamped their authority on the pitch immediately. Unless England fight back quickly they will face further miseries.
@M no one cares!
As someone who isn't a cricket/sports fan, particularly for test matches, day 1 of the ashes this year really stepped up and made it exciting!
As Indian fans we very much look forward to the overseas tours to England and down under.
But in my opinion the Oz commentators sound very enthusiastic all the time that not a single moment feels boring.
No disrespect to the English commentators but they can surely improve on their energy levels.
If you watch the test you’ll realise the Aussie commentators are not as good as you think. Easy to keep the energy up when your team is winning, but guys like Shane Warne are dreadful commentators and the English guys are significantly better
Compare that with commentary of gavaskar, shivaramakrishnan, laxman and co😂😂😂 no technical analysis of the live game, just pure bullbeep and that too so boring and sleepy😬😬😬
Are you freaking kidding me!? English commentary is leagues ahead of the rubbish that we find on Fox! Give me Atherton and Hussain instead of the fox panel every day of the week!
English commentators are better. Oz are high on weeds. Feel like they are doing commentery in WWE.
Yeah gigling all the time like t20 matches .cutting off each other like every 2 second thats not enthusism.Atherton Nasser holding bumble they have class and best insight whats happening on the ground
The passion of Mitcheal Starc . 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Best Highlights Best Ground Best Quality of Camera thats How i want to watch Cricket Thanks so much guys. Really it is Pleasure to Watch Ashes Highlights with This Quality. And Love u

This is the real test match. I love this type of Cricket. Waiting for the next day.
Once a legend said:"Can't wait to see you at the Gabba, Ash."
And now he is missing at Gabba.
What a turnaround
Broad , Anderson and Archer could've made this series more interesting !!!
Both will play next game I think, they’ll be lethal with the pink ball
Dumbass broad and Anderson are already in the series
Pure domination from one of the best bowling line up 😍😍😍
Wow!!! what a comeback after World Cup...I want to congratulate Cummins for his great job...I love Australia and support this team always...from Steve Waugh to now still I love and support this team...I miss a little bit Mitchell Marsh,, Stoinis,, Adam zampa,, Glean Maxwell but don't worry it will be ok... I want that this team will be always remain as World champion...I am crazy about this team... come on Aussies..you have to win this Ashes series... I pray to God for your win always...love you all.
Doesn't see much reaction from Steve Smith. He is saving all his reaction for his batting. 😁😁
Last summer starc clean bowled Shaw on 2nd deliver of the match and had a dry series afterwards
This summer he clean bowled Burns on 1st delivery and had a great match so far 👍
2 wickets for about 25 runs not bad at all, was bowling clean and tidy and was close to getting wickets on numerous occasions, he had them in all sorts. Then there are Hazlewood and Cummins who were on fire, with a cameo from Green. I hope this lineup can stay in form and get loads of wickets this series.
@@SilentHotdog28 Hazlewood is my most favourite Test bowler.
@@ShivaniKumari-fi4kf He's a good bowler.
what a match
what a highlights
what a country ❤️❤️❤️
First ball wicket! That feeling 🔥🔥
Always love to see test match between these two nations ❤️🔥
Whenever a bowler become captain,
I become more happy than anyone. ❤️
Watching Highlights makes us feel good.
10 hrs match could be seen in 10 mins which is good
Their batting is fragile. Only Root, Stokes,Pope & Buttler are good batters in their line up.
@@tusharsinha1703 Oh yes. I think Aus will win the series. They appear more strong on paper
@@kanz7877 they are really strong. Warner, Labuschagne,Smith, Cummins, Starc,Hazlewood are enough for them.
Classic test cricket ashes 🔥🔥🔥
Damn that first wicket, Can watch this whole day. Starc you beauty!
The fact that starc is 31 josh 30 and cummins 28
This tri gonna be there for atleast 4 5 years together and gonna be this lethal is just so amazing
Then it’s come richardson,meridth
@@shovonhazari8720 Meredith?? He doesn't look that good
@@aryan_bhat he has serous pace and bounce but his length isn't that great just need lots of first class and will be good
@@nameless7546 Yes, he does have pace and bounce but he hasn't got good control over his deliveries and gets smashed quite often.
@@aryan_bhat exactly like Pakistan's Rauf, didn't have control over his length at all used to get samshed now somewhat has improved and can ball real good length with slower deliveries. Bowlers like Siraj are real great polished in domestic and first class starts their career with exceptional conrtol over their length
