I had pain in my left arm not realizing I was having a heart attack. I had 80% blockage remus artery and 50% in the other artery. They gave me a stent now I'm on more medication and blood thinner . My heart goes out to Coolio family

I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and made immediate decisions to change my life for my health. Therapy, food choices, reducing stress. I changed careers so could do that. The symptoms are mostly only noticeable to the person themselves and to be honest no one cares about themselves enough to realize how irregular some of those symptoms really are until the first cardiac arrest. Sad shit is not a lot of people make it on the first one

@@aprylwalk6887 Health is important. I’m currently 42 years old and now I’m taking my health seriously. Last year I was 290 pounds unhealthy and now I’m 190 pounds walking and exercising daily. Tomorrow is sadly not guaranteed but being healthy could give you another day.

Anececdotally you separate heart attack symptoms from anxiety/panic attack symptoms by assessing the events when the symptoms occur. If there are no stressors preceeding or during those moments, it may be symptoms of heart disease. Your family having a history of heart conditions also factors in. Either way, always error on the side of caution.

A panic attack can be triggered by something that doesn't _seem_ to be that major... something relatively minor can set it off, due to underlying stress factors.

Unless it is DUE to stress. I had a Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy (Broken Heart Syndrome) or ….. Stress caused Heart Attack. And you may NOT realize (as I DIDNT) that you are even UNDER stress. So that’s a thing.
My mother suffered from anxiety and depression, and heart disease. She would have panic attacks and think she was having a heart attack. She ultimately died from heart attack at her home. I’m thinking now that there is a correlation with anxiety and heart attacks.

I pray the Breakfast Club team can find someone who can give people the tools to help themselves when suffering from panic attacks or possible heart attacks. Both Envy & Charlemagne both said they thought their own panic attacks could've been a great attack... and the doctors often times don't take you serious and send you home. We need tools at home to help ourselves like breathing techniques & understanding what brings on these certain attacks of Dis-Ease.

My supervisor who died at 56 had a case of heartburn that wouldn’t go away…had the issues for weeks. Another worker urged him to get an angiogram. He got sick of us pushing for him to get checked out. He finally made the appt…he died a few days later from a heart attack.

If you ever had a panic attack, it’s so scary on g you can’t breathe it’s like it’s a slow suffocation and everything is still going around you. You try to calm down but it’s like you get and stay worked up because you freaking out bc you can’t breathe. I went to the hospital for jaw pain (could of been a heart attack) and was in so much pain it triggered my panic attack and I have bad asthma. The ONLY way to help me relax and gain my breathing? They had to put a Benadryl like substance in my IV that knocked me out so fast. Because my self calming wasn’t working and I have bad anxiety anyway. It’s bad y’all

Facts I have panic attacks and it feels like ur having a heart attack it’s horrible
I have anxiety attacks and one night about a week after my hysterectomy I thought I was having an anxiety attack but something felt different about this panic attack. I had pain in my shoulder when I tried to breathe. My friend took me to the ER and thankfully she did. I was having a Pulmonary Embolism. The risk for PE increases after major surgery. Be very careful.

At 2:16…. Yes I’ve felt all of those before ( some times panic attack and sometimes heart burn )and went to the hospital and they run a bunch of tests and they find nothing…… so basically you never know. Therefore when it’s your time it’s just your time🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️

I feel Charlamagne on the anxiety attacks. Mine present as heart attack symptoms, but I think actual heart attack symptoms would be more painful. I get a "false" feeling of light headedness but if you actually feel dizzy or pass out, you gotta go to the doctir.

It’s not a bad thing to also always check out natural remedies. They can sometimes private a bad situation from happening. Things that may help with circulation are raw ginger, raw garlic, cayenne pepper, onions, horseradish, apple cider vinegar etc. #consultdoctor

I have anxiety, and have had for many years. The symptoms of anxiety are eerily similar to cardiac arrest except for sweating and nausea (for me). I also get jelly legs and feel like I’m going to fall.

you know I try to tell one of my family members that people be having panic attacks you look at me like that's not his problem but when you go through a panic attack and nobody's there to coach you through it and you got to coach yourself through it it's different you can see the symptoms on anybody or any person that's going through something if you can got to go through it yourself
