- For years, Airbnb has known some of its hosts have used hidden cameras to secretly spy on guests, invading their most private and intimate moments. While Airbnb has repeatedly acknowledged the problem in financial filings, it has worked to keep the scope of the issue out of the public eye through arbitration, confidential settlements and employee non-disclosure agreements.

I run an AirBNB and yes; I have HOUSE RULES that guests must acknowledge before I approve their request. I don’t do INSTABOOKING; I scrutinize every guest and have them agree/disagree with my rules first. To date; no issues.
I got cameras all Over my Air-BnB. None in the bathroom, but I have hidden cameras everywhere else. Gotta protect my property. Sometimes I see a lil extra on camera

i personally have stayed at a an airbnb for space. if you’re traveling with multiple people for more than a couple days and want your privacy/alone time from the people you traveling with. sometimes you want to feel out the neighborhood. want to have a full kitchen a full lounging area. not want to be dealing with excess people in the hotel or a smoked out room.
