Made this tonight. Reminds me of my mom's recipe. As a 3rd generation Italian immigrant it can get hard to keep our culinary traditions alive but this channel inspires me.

I don't buy fresh tomatoes at this time of year bc they have no taste but I would think a good brand name of diced tomatoes would work fine. Wonderful recipe bc it's simple and delicious. This man is a joy to watch.:o)

I would love to try this recipe. The written recipe says 42 cloves of garlic, chopped. I'm guessing that is a misprint. Or maybe it is to keep away vampires.

Looks great! Not enough sauce for a pound of pasta. The pasta is going to absorb most of the liquid and become dry.

itsjohndell he used frozen. They are so small they’ll defrost in a minute or two then begin to cook

I love taking to sweet lady I meet lately she funny kind & very clever. , but she has a wedding ring. ......& I’m going alone though this , nightmare that reminds of being at home ( all the time reminds me of prison.
