This is called creamy garlic prawns and is top of my very favourites of prawns recipes… excellent on top of your favourite steak 🥩 surf and turf… with chicken stock white wine mustard powder cream parsley lots of garlic then pouch the prawns in the sauce. Reduce the sauce for more flavour if needed. 🦐

Such a great episode Harry! I do love the cooking, but the caravan off-roading just adds a whole new level of excitement! I see that poor Cub going over ruts and water crossings and it almost makes me nervous!!! It is fabulous to see you actually putting your gear to good use but! Don’t know about Parsley, I would have thought #MudTerrains or #PoorCub would be the go!!! Keep up the awesome content mate!!!
I have the same problem with wine & some ciders, I don’t use it in cooking because even a couple of sips can give me a migraine. Thought it was the preservative 220 but preservative free isn’t a whole lot better. Our daughter is the same & lactose intolerant. Worked out we all do better avoiding lactose, way less need for allergy meds & no more antibiotics for endless sinus, throat & ear infections. Has made a huge difference, wish I worked it out sooner! Love garlic prawns & must have parsley because it helps with the garlic aftertaste. Coconut cream works well too. Windows down not recommended? 🤣🤣🤣
Need a Fellow Prismo attachment for your AeroPress. Don't need to use the inverted method with this, so lessons the chance of burning hands. It has a stainless steel filter, a no-drip seal, and a pressure actuated valve. Love the aeropress with this.
With wine it’s what they use for a fining agent which is what makes the wine clear plus what gives you that really bad headache. Try preservative free and fining agent free wine
If anybody wants the recipe it is a direct copy of recipetineats creamy garlic prawns. Also add chilli flakes at the end not parsley and it makes it so much better.

Best garlic prawns I ever had was at the Witcche's Cauldren in Subiaco. Imsane amount of garlic but soooo good. Probably long gone now.
