  • A perfect yoga flow to achieve splits and to become flexible for the splits. We warm up slowly and work our way up to the splits! If you have trouble with some positions you are welcome to use yoga blocks! I hope you enjoy this yoga flow for splits and hope it improves your flexibility for splits!

    Flexible flow is a yoga flow which focuses mainly on flexibility. Increasing flexibility for splits, middle splits, hip & back flexibility.
    | FRIDAY | BEAUTIFUL BALLET & PILATES WORKOUT MIX |
    This workout focuses mainly on increasing strength & stamina while using balletic movements to improve artistry, fluidity & posture.

    Offering a range of classes from jumping/rotations, spinning, ballet, yoga, pilates, spiral & flexibility training. Classes range from 30min, 40min, 45min & 50min 60min. Whatever time and day.

    Great workout!! Can you do a video on maybe how you can practice jumps such as the Salchow?

    Beautiful amaryllis! And it's exactly what i needed, thank you!!! (my split look like a reverse lunge but i can rest my head on my legs - i'm weird) I also liked the variations and details, idk many asanas or sometimes just don't think enough, so i'm really happy to be able to stretch again with the pigeon or to feel real pain with this flow. I'm really grateful for this pain btw, i was kinda stuck with my routine :)
