Hey can i ask if do you have a video of a split for beginners that are fat cause i am nine years old and i am fat
I am 41 years old, just practicing some stretches in the morning before my zumba virtual home session. Your video sounds so relaxing i wanna go back to my bed and sleep 😂
I used to practise splits and active in sports many years ago but i stopped them due to anemia.
Sometimes I missed those days in sports, especially my yoga sessions.

Can you help me stretch my upper thigh and lower that the main part that won’t work out I don’t know if it’s because I’m not flexible but I need help😅
How long does it take to be able to do the split if doing these exercises everyday ?
Everyone is different, could take a few weeks for some, another a few months and another person some years. Try not to concentrate on how long it will take, no body can know that, but instead focus on the journey and have patience with yourself ❤️
My knees hurt every time I stretch 🙁 @SofaBar Fitness do you know if I might be doing something wrong?
Under the knee or more in the knee cap? In which stretches do you feel this pain?
So like when I try to stretch my knee hurts really bad and it won’t go straight when I try to put my leg in the air and just like yeah do you have any tips?
Try to be more patient with your body and ease into it, listen to your body and what it is telling you! If you are finding that you feel immense pain and/or in other situations in your life then probably better to see someone about it! 💕💕💕

What can I do cause my feets feel tingling and itchy when I stretch (especially my right one) and my mom think I stretch the wrong way and too much but they don't hurt or anything. What should I do?
I think maybe you are going too deep into the stretch for the moment being, maybe bend your leg a bit and work up to stretching it little by little as you keep doing the video. Achieving flexibility takes time and patience and you don't want to injure yourself by rushing it! Just keep going and don't give up! If you feel this sensation outside of stretching and it doesn't go away, then it's best to see a doctor or physical therapist about it! Wish you all the best ❤️❤️❤️
Should these be done twice a day? Or just once everyday?
You can definitely do it twice a day, if your body can handle it, but I would suggest just once a day! Listen to your body and don't push yourself passed your limits!! ❤️❤️❤️
