    With this video you will learn stretches for splits for beginners and how to make your legs & hips more flexible for splits. Make sure to always warm up before these stretches, splits can be difficult so it's important to be warm for them! I hope you enjoy this splits for beginners stretching routine!

    Flexible flow is a yoga flow which focuses mainly on flexibility. Increasing flexibility for splits, middle splits, hip & back flexibility.

    This workout focuses mainly on increasing strength & stamina while using balletic movements to improve artistry, fluidity & posture.

    I am 41 years old, just practicing some stretches in the morning before my zumba virtual home session. Your video sounds so relaxing i wanna go back to my bed and sleep 😂
    I used to practise splits and active in sports many years ago but i stopped them due to anemia.

      Which table the one connected to the kitchen counters or the white one? The one connected to the kitchen comes from IKEA. Maybe they still have it. The White table, I'll have to ask my bf because I don't know :)

    How long does it take to be able to do the split if doing these exercises everyday ?

      Everyone is different, could take a few weeks for some, another a few months and another person some years. Try not to concentrate on how long it will take, no body can know that, but instead focus on the journey and have patience with yourself ❤️

    Should these be done twice a day? Or just once everyday?

      You can definitely do it twice a day, if your body can handle it, but I would suggest just once a day! Listen to your body and don't push yourself passed your limits!! ❤️❤️❤️

    So like when I try to stretch my knee hurts really bad and it won’t go straight when I try to put my leg in the air and just like yeah do you have any tips?

      Try to be more patient with your body and ease into it, listen to your body and what it is telling you! If you are finding that you feel immense pain and/or in other situations in your life then probably better to see someone about it! 💕💕💕

    What can I do cause my feets feel tingling and itchy when I stretch (especially my right one) and my mom think I stretch the wrong way and too much but they don't hurt or anything. What should I do?

      I think maybe you are going too deep into the stretch for the moment being, maybe bend your leg a bit and work up to stretching it little by little as you keep doing the video. Achieving flexibility takes time and patience and you don't want to injure yourself by rushing it! Just keep going and don't give up! If you feel this sensation outside of stretching and it doesn't go away, then it's best to see a doctor or physical therapist about it! Wish you all the best ❤️❤️❤️

      @@Sofabar Haha, although i can wear leggings or crop tops i'm a cis man - omg i love their linen clothes, being a guy is so frustrating for fashion ><
      (I love fashion, their materials are great - econyl is an amazing idea ; thank you, i might share it and i'll keep the website in mind - i bought a TON of women's clothes, this way i can do girly shopping lol. I wouldn't look bad in their cropped sweatshirts tho, i may buy one)
