I live a few miles from them veteran applied never heard back, I have a sales management, firearms training and trainer background and am a veteran check all the boxes lmao

The only ones that do are typically veterans themselves. The rest don't want to deal with the "baggage" they think comes along with a veteran. I stopped mentioning it on my resumes when I was looking for a job 2 years ago, and lo and behold, I started getting more call backs.
Then that is discrimination on the basis of being a soldier at one time. Odd as a retire Infantry soldier I so far never been discriminated from the jobs I have applied. Now working as a Simulations Tech for CCTT.
