VLOG #280 - Let me know your thoughts in the comments section 🙈 Appreciate ya! 😉
The old man listening to Gucci Mane! And then that slow-mo edit of his "rims"---genius!
Hahaha cheers!
You call it “genius” while I call it corny. The beauty of opinion.
@@thastan4368 well it was meant to be corny, and was so well made to be corny that its genius :D
Indeed it was the best part, just amazing. Love your energy brother.
Your editing skills are NEXT LEVEL, you capture the magic of this country so well, really muchly appreciated, cheers!!!
Thank you so much, appreciate your encouragement!
As an American, I know I’ll most likely never be able to travel like you do- thank you for allowing me to see countries through your eyes ❤️
Why not? Many US citizens visit Iran there is no problem
As an Iranian, I would like you to know that the U.S is the most popular western country among Iranians, but I get your concern about traveling to Iran, which for the most part is justified. Let's just remain hopeful that things will get better soon and you can visit there, a country that has a reputation for its people's love for their fellow men.
Goverments make hate,Not us innocent cillivans.
Conexus X18 can he travel to the remote parts?
*Iran has so much to offer, I hope you consider visiting this beautiful country! Forget the fraudulent media's brainwashing.* ❤ 🇮🇷
Really nice country full of nice people. Thanks Nick! for sharing your experience. Greetings from Sri Lanka
thank you!
man go north east , there are many historical sites there, south of Iran because of war have less touristic place
How long is your visa duration for?
: Nick, the world needs more brave and openminded people like you. Thank you deeply for showing the truth through your lens. 🤗
This is my favorite Iranian City. Must be a mountain girl. Your sunset shots from the castle where beautiful. You are fearless. Love your travels.
They allow women to do mountain climbing in Iran? I don't think so.
@@pietrojenkins6901 yes they do.
Mandy Howden If you like moutains you would like my city. It's located in the western north of Iran it's called Urmia. You can just google it and see its beauties and amazing landscapes.
@@pietrojenkins6901 lol what? im an iranian women and i didn't know we needed permission for mountain climibing? we have many issues with womens right but not being allowed to climb mountains is not one of them haha
ThePersianbookworm I love Persian girls 😍
Unfortunately, only negative news is ‘newsworthy’. Beautiful everyday life is not ‘news’. As a result, we end up with a skewed view of the countries and people that we’re not familiar with. Thanks for showing us the world 🌎
You can thank the barbaric mullah regime in Iran for that
I spent my childhood in Lorestan. Planning to visit the place next week, after more than 25 years.
radio tech hopefully never
This Iran journey is incredible! My husband and I are loving your videos. Can't thank you enough!
Beautiful ❤️ Iran🇮🇷 Love from Pakistan 🇵🇰✍️
Love to beautiful Pakistan!
I totally get that you would like to get the vibe of real everyday life and it is cool that you are not interested in tourism attractions but you can ask people about nearby attractions in your main itinerary . e.g. taking the road to Khoramabad from Shoushtar (2 thousands years old water mills and dams) Dezful ( ancient underground networks connecting houses) and the Oldest Iranian Capital, Shusha which is now named Shush. however I hope you have a good time here
Appreciate the tips mate.
Navid Moghaddam
I just could identify my city's road in this video (i didn't know he's going to Khorram Abad)
And i was like : WHAT?!! is he in my city? 😅 and then i saw that he just passed my city
I came across your channel quite recently. I am truly enjoying your Iran journey! Thanks.
Thanks Hugh!
This is why I really enjoy your channel. Media portrays their narrative to push their own agenda.. Iran looks like a beautiful country with very warm and friendly people.
To be fair, I've never seen the media badmouth the Iranian people, it's the theocratic government that desperately wants nukes and is crazy enough to use them on a bad day that gets covered. Well, that and the flash-mobs chanting "death to the U.S." and "death to Israel" all the time.
_What a beautiful race of people. Would love to visit before I die_
Hope you can soon
You’re welcome anytime. If you come to iran try to visit more touristic cities like shiraz Isfahan hamedan. These are far more beautiful
Ramin hAm Falak laflak is oldest castle in world He because of castle have visited this city obviously historical city in Iran is like that because of government
You can visit، Iranian people is helpful if you are worry about this I can help you
@@rozgol2706 _Thank you so much..The impression I've got from the very few Iranian people I've met in my lifetime is that you are a very cultured and classy race of people. Maybe someday I'll take up your offer. Greetings from Ireland_
As a young boy living in Abadan and the surroundings which are mainly desert-like, when my dad brought us to this region I just thought the mountains were magical. Maybe that's my love for travel developed. Thanks for sharing as always.
Cheers, definitely amazing area!

Iran looks so magical! I would definitely visit it one day
It looks like heaps of dirt
Maan I’m persian and you’ve shown me places that I couldn’t believe why tf have I never been there in my life!! I’ll definitely go to the places you shown me the first time i be able to go back! Much love my brother #respect your work ♥️
I rather watch these vlogs than television, love you're vids and editing
Ahh the salad sauce in Iran! Thank you for taking me with you on your travels. Just incredible.
Love from a Persian Aussie x
Ps- did you witness the horrible floods at all?
Thanks for posting such neat places I have never been.
Super beautiful and cheap and clean mountain city and great video!
Thanks Robin!
Looks a great country to visit. Happy travels man
Great video again Nick. Iran is beautiful.
As an Iranian I should say: we have every thing a tourist needs. From forests , gardens and beaches to deserts , from mountains to lawns , from ancient structures to very modern ones , from local houses for staying to modern hotels and all with cheap expenses for them and i safe conditions .Also we love all kind and respectful people in the world. If there are problems between governments It dosent mean we are bad people! God bless all
Thank you for the amazing videos so far. I'd just like to point out 2 things, 1- The experience you had in the south of Iran is actually the exception not the norm, as despite a large amount of Iran's land being covered in desert, most of the country and most of the population center sits at an elevation and most Iranian cities are actually mountainous and sit at least 1200 meters above sea level, which also includes Tehran. What that means is cold winters and hot summers. Snow is also not the exception but the norm, so it does snow in Tehran every year and if it doesn't that's strange and shows the effect of global warming. 2- You're using a style of oriental music which is not Iranian and isn't reflective of our culture, I understand finding royalty free music is not an easy task but most traditional and folklore Iranian songs probably aren't copyrighted anyway so you can also use those to give a better feeling of the overall traditions and culture.
Thank you so much for your amazing series in Iran.😊
@Lon Spector who mentioned Medes? I didn't. I had to look at wikipedia to even know who they were.
@Lon Spector well as I told you I'm not very knowledgeable about them so you should probably read about them yourself.
Iranian Grand Canyon :)
I have REALLY enjoyed traveling around Iran with you and will be sorry to see them end! I hope to go there one day after I retire in four years. Cheers to you and I look forward to seeing your upcoming Tehran video and to where you will be going next! Teresa
Truly love these videos of Iran. If I wasn't American I would be tempted to go there. At least I am able to travel there through you. I love the information about the cost of different things and the scenery is great. I love the area you are in now with the mountains. Keep up the good work. Truly EPIC!
Why can’t American’s travel to Iran? If you go there as a curious and friendly human and not with religious or political agendas, then you should be fine.
Your experience in Iran has been unique and wonderful 😍 but but you missed isfahan and yazd..
I think he wanted to show the Iran most people don't see.
What a beautiful place that city with the castle is I could almost smell crisp autumn air and the food in the street.
Your videos always make me feel good
OK ... I am hooked. You are opening up the world to us. I never thought I would want to visit Iran. But I do .............................................
Hey Nick, that Taxi and that Hotel room is so cheap. Driving for hours and just 20 USD, come on! Makes me think to check IRAN
Absolutly you should come here
Yeah, incredible deals!
Where are my fellow Iranians at ?
🤗
Not Iranian but supporter and admirers of the Persian culture of Iran 🇮🇷
Greetings from France 🇫🇷
Xavier Ancarno Cheers man
@Lon Spector i would say we are all arians(indo iranian) mainly so not that different but yes there are different races and religions in iran.
@Lon Spector the medes were another ancient group af arians who migrated to iran and lived alongside persians and elamis and close to assyrian in western parts of iran. they once had an empire before losing the power to persians. They are now blended by other iranians especially in western and north western provinces but we guess that kurds of iran are one of the main tribes remained from them.
One of the reasons why Persians are so friendly to you is because of your humbleness and your kind approach
Persians are big on being humble and respectful.
Awesome footage! The images of women walking down the street, all in black, their capes, etc. flapping in the wind are so intriguing!! And that is some gigantic salad!!😁💙💜💚💟
Man, you should visit the north of Iran, it's a totally different place
An historical country thanx brother introducing such good country
Nick, you have to lay off on the "in case I don't see you" line at the end lol. It sounds like you may not survive much longer 😆 awesome videos dude, really helping to change perceptions of countries like Iran. These places are not all that the powers that be would like us to believe.
That's a line taken from the movie "The Truman Show" - a movie made by prophets
you probably single handedly are changing this countries imagine in the west and get the tourism going. hats off to you sir
i was at an internation school, had an iranian buddy, and when he showed my pictures from home i literally couldnt believe it, parties, trees in full bloom, people havin a good time, being all friendly he told. i will go to , ill tag you on insta once i do :)
thanks for the videos I am from Iran and have visited some of these places . Tajrish square is where I grew up .
Hello nick, i watching you from Shadegan city, it's close to abadan and ahwaz South West of iran , thank you for your beauity videos , i had a friend from texas in Us 2 years ago, i just missed Braden, i don't know where's him now but you just remember me to him, thank you
Small world, thanks for watching!
@@EducatedEarth that's what I always wonder. Everything I hear is banned in Iran seems to be so easy to access lol. A Norwegian friend of mine told me that he never drank so much Wine in his life as he did in Iran. Lol

Brother go to north of iran .its very better nature .cities of sari ,gorgan and rasht .you will love it more .have lot of mountain with lots of jungle and sea.the foods very good quality there and its have very better weather.you will love it trust me
You should travel to Isfahan and Shiraz next time! There's so much more to see in Iran. Loved you're videos, you're such an inspiring person! Thank you for this.
@M I'm persian from Sweden. I would recommend you to go see the Jameh mosque, shah mosque, naghshe jahan square, si-o-se pol bridge, chehel sotoun and the sheikh lofollah mosque in Isfahan! The armenian districts there are also super nice. And in Shiraz, for sure takhte jamshid and the Nasir ol Molk Mosque. You have to speak to the locals about where to eat, take no chances. Hope you have a nice trip!
I have always wanted to visit Iran. I'm so glad you did and are sharing your experiences with others. The Iranian people are so beautiful and nice. Very welcoming it seems. And they really seem interested in us as people. I can't wait to visit
Your video quality is 💯💯💯
And the editing is 🔥🔥🔥
Nick, I've never seen so many positive comments on a RUclips channel! You're a legend, my friend. I see you giving talks all over the world, if you want to. But, I'm sure that you'd rather keep traveling for the rest of your life? I don't know you personally, so I don't really know what you think, but, judging from your videos, you're as awesome as they come. Thank you so much!
Another amazing video. The editing is sick!! New subscriber but already a fan.
Such a beautiful country and the people seem so friendly! Culturally a fascinating country. I think a vegan travelling here would be well suited as the food tends to be rice, beans and veggies. Love your work! Thank you.
very nice videos of Iran. Thank you from an iranian residing in Sweden
Appreciate that! Hope you are enjoying Sweden!
It's like everyone you see has a job or a task they are doing. Hardworking people
It's quite lovely what you say about the locals but it must be said, you kind sir are the legend! Obviously as so many are watching this. I must say, yes the video is awesome and the content unique, but once again it is your incredibly genuine and lovely personality that pulls this all together. Cheers from Michael in Toronto.
As an Iranian who live's in England, my country has a bad reputation and is wrongfully portrayed as a bad country due to political reasons. I am very grateful you decided to make these series of videos, focusing on the good aspects of Iran and what Iran is really like. Thank you very much!
This city was hit hard by the flood last month! I hope you were safe
Love seeing your take of the situation/country you are in. Sometimes opens ones eyes that people can really be so much the same all over the world. We are all more alike than some would like us to believe. Thank you for showing the beauty of our "every day" that exists in the real world.
Thank you very much dear Nick for your great description of Iran's country.
As you said you already have plans for Tehran. But I still feel like I should just let you know that there’s an Iranian national jewels museum that is pretty mind blowing (second largest diamond in the world anyone?) they offer English tours. 🤷♀️
Wow I've been following your vlogs recently but I didn't expect that you would visit my city in your travels. The people were also surprised for the same reason because even other Iranians don't visit our city frequently. I hope you have enjoyed your stay there. Also the city is known for the beautiful waterfalls that it has and I'm sure you would have enjoyed visiting one or two of them. Good luck on your future travels.
Mate I’ve said it before but honestly you are such an inspiration for me. I’ve got plans to travel through Iran too but it’s still been good to get a little sneak peek and glimpse into what to expect. Keep doing what you’re doing :)
An amazing journey. The part of the video with shots of the country side were absolutely beautiful it must have been truly breathtaking live. Thank you for sharing your travels with all. Looking forward to the next video.
You missed Rasht and Mazadaran, one of the best regions of Iran.. it looks like switzerland when it comes to landscapes and climate.
The sun setting on the castle was beautiful! It kind of had a bad past, as a prison etc. The setting sun videos are cool. How did you find this place?
You should have visited Isfahan and Persepolis. Maybe Next time.
You're a very nice man. I love watching your video. I love it when you talk to people on the street. It's really cool.
i saw this episode. i live in khurramabad. Filmed exactly the poorest parts of the city. This is what you portrayed, a bad city-facing image. Its not a documentary .
heeeeyyyyyy...you visited Ahwaz. My home town. I hope you had some good felafels there.
it has a specific place for felafel which is known all around Iran.
Bro I really enjoy all your videos it's a dope way to travel.
Is Mashhad in your list ? Its the most beautiful city in Iran , and it's also called city of foods and gardens for huge gardens and many delicious food .
Man, I love your intros
I think it’s the most monochromatic country I’ve even seen. Differing shades of dirt brown. Hopefully it’s more beautiful in person
Very excited to visit Mashhad
Such a beautiful country
جميل هذا المكان والقلعه...يستحق الذهاب اليه...😘
Iran has one of the most interesting civilizations ever in my view.
That European style building is the university and it's library
Great video keep posting!
you missed a lot of nice sightseeing but Iran is HUGE
you can literally spend 1 year there wandering & still have places that u can see...

Epic trip report Nuk! An amazing discovery. Thanks for showing us. 👍💯😎
Looks very similar to rural northern Mexico. Hope to visit Iran at some point in the future when political tensions between our nations have lessened.
Great video, awesome quality editing, I always laugh when you sneak the 'fringe/hair' shots in!
great videos keep them coming!!
Oh my lovely country❤🇮🇷
Try Ash Reshteh before you leaving iran i'm eating some while watching your trip😘
I've been watching your videos recently. Just wanna give you some tips about Iranian Cuisine. You need to try Kabab's and Iranian rice and stews. Also if you get chance try to visit north part of iran nearby Caspian sea.
Thoroughly enjoying your vids, keep trekking your giving exposure to these countries and giving an insight into the real lives that people lead ie not the media bull always portrayed. ty!
Theese Iran series is awesome mate, keep up the great work, cheers from Sweden
Please tell me you’ll visit Iran again soon? I’ve been really enjoying these videos... yes?
thank you for your lovely videos
Man, you're very lucky. In your time in Iran, you've seen more than many Iranians.
I am pretty sure some meat should be hidden under the rice, we never serve rice alone, the yellow rice is from saffron
1:38 Interesting pick up truck. It's a Zamyad which is a Nissan design from like 1970. That'd be sweet. Simple and no crazy computer crap.
It's definitely what you think it is, you can buy them brand new as they still manufactured in iran!
Super interesting watching your videos man! awesome to see raw footage of different destinations! Beats Auckland anyday ✌🏻
I’m surprised these smaller cities have fast enough internet to upload long videos.
when finding a parking is so hard , you have to park your car in the river.
Wish you would share more of the specifics regarding locations.
thanks again loving this journey steve
Being that Falafel is made from chickpeas it is a healthy food type. But I can understand you might already had have enough it and want something else!
