I am happy to see you have traveled to my country and my city " Khorramabad" and I feel sad & depressed cause you stayed here for a short time and only visited the castle and grand Bazar. To be honest I commented on your previous video but I guess my comment has been lost among the other comments and you haven't noticed it. My mom wanted to invite you to our house for a cool persian lunch called " Kebab" and I wanted to show you the other beautiful and historical places of my city such as "Gerdab Sangi" ,"Akhond Abu Home" ,"Gabri water mill", "sang nebeshte" , "keeyow lake", " kasin observatory" etc. As well as showing you the old parts of the city which our ancestors used to live and even the ancient caves around here with the exact explanation of their historical background and so on...what a pity you left here early and I couldn't find you. Hope you come back here someday and I wish you enjoy exploring my country and have wonderful time here ❤️🙏

I get so Melancholy when I see you in Iran I truly miss it so much. Thank you for sharing that and letting people know they runyon's are wonderful caring people very family-oriented service-oriented very helpful beside the food is great. My children are half Persian and two of them were born there

If you traveling to Iran for the first time especially if you taking the bus or taxi you'll be so tired cause it's a Mountain Country and the distance between the cities it's so long like Hundreds of miles so I think he's Sounds tired

I have been a motorcoach driver with many famous company in US east coast including Grayhound and yankees . I bpcan tell you that the accomdation and cleaniness of the bus you showed in Iran was 20 times better than the shithole offered here in US. And that is a country in sanction for past 40 years. That is amazing

Also you NEED to visit north of iran (caspian sea coast) for the full experience. Some beautiful cities there: rasht, anzali, ramsar, savadkooh(epic green mountains and forests), lahijan, namak abrood, chaloos ...

The more of your material I watch, the more I realize how distorted the western media paints everywhere but here.
Your videography is completely eye opening and has fundamentally shifted the way I see "far away places..."

Then spend some time with the religous police or in a Tehran court room and see how distorted the western press is.
There are bad cops everywhere - What Nick is discovering is that the PEOPLE of Iran are awesome everywhere you go - and you are more likely to receive a shot gun blast to the face in the Southern U.S. than by knocking on an Iranian farmhouse door.

R. Colin Newell there’s always a big difference between the government and people of the country. What western media show about Iran is not distorted but it’s not the whole picture and thanks to social media it’s easier now to see that the people don’t necessarily holds the same values of their own government. I love the videos of places of the world I've not been able to see yet. I have been all over western Europe, I just visited Japan for a day, I visited Oceania, South America, Mexico and Canada. But there is so much more of the world to see and these videos help you see not only the world, but the people and how they really live behind the veil of propaganda, they are people just like us....

Fantastic work my friend! Your videos are second to none. It is worth mentioning that Iran = history. Literally, every village town or city has so many historic places that it takes a life time to see. You may go to a small village say in northeast as an example and find a historic building dating back 1000 years or more. If you are in NYC area will be glad to meet up with you and go to a Persian restaurant or spend a day with you.
