After reading through last week's comments I realized that the biggest struggle when it comes to holding a handstand is the inability to keep balance for a long time. A daily practice is the best approach you can possibly take, but sometimes we don't know what to practice exactly. After a lot of thinking, I have found these to be the top 5 tips that have been critical in my hand balancing development. Each one of them is an extense topic so if you want me to cover more of any, in particular, do not hesitate to let me know down below :) Hope you enjoy the video! Till next week.
    With all love,
    Gabo

Wow you've really been going in depth with the handstand and it's really helping. Most videos i see only cover things like technique and strength, but you really help with understanding, which is what makes your guides so great. Also, I suggest doing a nutritional video for your next video. Doing it gives us more time to practice what you've taught us before jumping into more handstands. That and the fact that i haven't stepped into the field of nutrition and I know I need to because of how important it is.

Thanks for the awesome tips! I've been developing steadily, but also a bit slowly with handstand. At the moment I saw the negatives with straight legs I thought now this looks really interesting, I gotta try this since I'm pretty sure it will hit the weak spot.
And it sure did, but differently as I thought. Filmed my training and realized afterwards that my hips are extremely static, which my shoulders then try to compensate during the handstand. This realization was quite a game changer, and I think doing some headstands and learning how to get that hip more active will be the next stop in learning better handstand.
