    Hi! Thanks for the interesting story, but I'm a little upset. So often you shift the camera focus from one aquarium to another that you can't see such wonderful shrimps.Please hold the camera on one aquarium longer so that you can enjoy the views of these beautiful creatures))

    What type of fluval soil are you using? Great video by the way, very informative

      i currently use Fluval Biostratum, but there are breeders using Fluval normal. which works well too. doesn't matter which.

    Hi man! How important is water changes with trying to breed? Or do you find that top offs are enough?

    • @ShrimpSanctuary
      @ShrimpSanctuary  2 месяца назад

      I would recommend water changes as part of the process. It can be a little but still having it as the plants are not able to remove majority of the nitrates. Water change even if it's lesser is ok. 5% but still doing it.

    Some of the easier Shrimp are the prettiest. Calceo's are also very easy to breed and look awesome.

      PRL was the easiest for me to start breeding, I'd highly recommend anyone new to the hobby to start with these

    What size tanks do you use I have 2 small 20L tanks would you say they are good for starting off

    • @ShrimpSanctuary
      @ShrimpSanctuary  2 месяца назад

      i use mainly 40L and 80L, for 20L i would not put as many shrimps as intended. If you would want to breed them maybe 1-2M to 4-5F will be the max. Reason being is the babies will over populate the tank very quickly.

      @@ShrimpSanctuary thank you for the info I will keep that in mind I’m new to shrimp keeping so thought I’d start small and get bigger as I get more experience

      @@nabeelkhan6990 in aquarium hobby, the bigger the tank the more stable the water parameters as they don't swing as much and that is what we want for shrimp breeding. No worries! we all start small, i started with a 8L.
