Definitely do a snow world. That way, everyone will be equal in terms of tile bonuses (so Mali or Nubia won't get buffed as much).

Martijn Zonder Achternaam Actually, they only have bonuses in the tundra. Only thing Canada gets in the snow is cheaper tiles and a small production boost.

What about a map divided into sections by mountains with small gaps, so it’s tournament style. You have to first win your section then compete with other section winners.

Definitely loved it. I found your channel because of Civilization but stayed for the professional game-watching and amateur history generally :-). Would love to see some more CIV like this though.
Maybe do one where the world goes through several radical climate changes ... starts out an Eden then Ice Age then Water world then Ice Age again, etc.

I would like to see a true battle royal where the nations fight to control a single island. They’d start on their own tiny islands without resources, close enough to the main island as to not lose loyalty when settling. Having the resources spawn on the main island to be fought over would be intense for sure. There could even be a resource tier ring around the island, inner rings having more valuable resources, adding a taste of KoTH.

Also, I really like this funny map.
You should do a king if the hill style video, were resources are centralized making people have conflict for the center of the map.
Not sure how the a.i. Reacts to it but it’s fun for real players.
Make every tile have uranium for a map.
Please do a snow world, been waiting for these kind of maps for a long time. Also just overrall keep doing civ 6 videos.

Meanwhile, Indonesia just stood quiet with 1 city only throught the whole game. They either got super defense, or the civ world just didn't care about them at all.

The petra would be the best thing to make here. It would give food for every desert tile in your country, and since this is a desert, that means every tile would give food.
Please show tile yields and the turn -- makes viewing these games much more engaging when you can see WHY some countries are performing better. For example, we could see the massive amount of food Kongo was making from the PETRA ~~ just little important gameplay aspects like that.
Everyone else is playing Civ VI while the Inca are out here playing Surviving Mars.

The reason Congo had 11 pop is because it built Petra, and it grants like two food and one production to every tile in the city
All 44 nations and 44 tiles, 1 nation to a tile

Yeah, whatever civ that managed to build Petra was going to win, so long as it survived long enough to utilize it. Petra turns every desert tile into something actually useful for the city that Wonder is in. THAT'S how they got 11 population out of nowhere.
What i picked up watching this vid and the one where you play on the earth map, is the ones that have their capitals on the sides tend to do the best, i guess it is a big advantage to grow out from a wall cos then you can just push in one direction and not worry about being attacked from each side.

Create a game where 1 civ has all production/gold/unique resource in the center of map surrounded by deep water, while the rest of the map and (all other nations) only has access to food resource. See who gets to be the last one standing and take over the center of map civ.
Imagine if Mali didn't spawn in the actual worst position in the map...
I thought for sure that whoever built the Petra would win. The Kongo managed to use it to get 13 population, but that was about it.

The reason Kongo has such a population is because of their wonder Petra.
