    Thank you for a great video. I have been following your video and doing it for a week now and I try to do it 3 times a day. I can feel my stomach tighten up but of course, my fat is still there and I will not give up because I know the results happen over time and not overnight. Again, thank you.

      Eating is very important. It seems that it will take some time to prepare information about exercise nutrition. I try to keep the zone diet as close as possible.

    복근운동 매일하는게 좋다는데 매일 새로운 루틴으로 할가요 아니면 하나 정해놓고 하는게 좋은가요?

    bro..what is different from this video VS 7 minutes sixpack? for those who want to starting want to sixpack..which video better to follow the exercise first?

      The 7-minute video is a beginner's routine. Go through the 7-minute beginner routine for 2-3 weeks first, then move on to this 5-minute intermediate routine once you get used to it!

    كم مرة في الاسبوع امارس هذه التمارين ؟ وهل ثلاثة مرات يعني كل تمرين 90 ثانية في اليوم ؟

      أنا شخصياً أوصي بعمل مجموعتين في اليوم ، مرة كل 3 أيام. يمكن أن تكون هناك مشاكل في استعادة العضلات. كرر التمرين في الفيديو مرتين. إذا كنت تواجه مشكلات في التعافي وانخفض أداء التمرين ، فقد تحتاج إلى تعديل التردد بشكل أكبر.

    Russian twist hareketini ayaklarım yerde yapabildim çok denedim ama olmadı elimden geleni yapıp bir gün başaracağım ama 2 set çıkardım güzel bence ?

      Rus bükümü zorsa, atlayabilirsiniz. Ya da uzanın ve bunun yerine Trunk Twist gibi bir egzersiz yapın! 3 gün arayla 2 set yapmanızı öneririz.!

      Sure. ^ ^ Exercises such as rear foot elevated split squatd are examples, and high exercise loads and effects can be expected even with simple weights. There are single leg exercises such as single leg box squats, but the rear foot elevated split squatd, which can apply a more stable posture and load to develop muscles, seems to be the best. ^ ^ I also have a bad back, so I perform the exercises mentioned above as the main lower body exercises.

      It will be very important to maintain 15% body fat percentage for men. If you have such a body, you can observe that the contours of your abs are getting better even after just 2-3 weeks of abs workout. After that, we recommend that you do intermediate and advanced abdominal exercises. The mindset of not giving up is probably the most important thing. Let's exercise together in the future.

      This video is an intermediate version routine. ^ ^ If you maintain 12-15% body fat, this intermediate routine will give you good enough abs.

      @@Jaeho_Fitness I always was a skinny person and my stomach was always flat. But as I can see, I need to burn some fat first, because when I stretch my skin, I can see the thickness of it. Also, I eat whatever I want and I guess I need to reduce some junk food🙈 Thank you for your encouragement! I'll keep on trying my best!

    I am around 15-16 percent body fat so if I train them I know I will get abs. For the fastest results how many sets and how many days a week should I do this?

    I’m planning on doing this video 5 times a week is that enough? I also do 3 times a week HITT cardio and eat healthy most of the time. Can I get abs with this routine?

      Thank you for watching my video, which has many shortcomings. ^ ^ I think it may vary depending on the individual’s exercise performance and recovery ability. Personally, I did 2 sets 3 times a week, but if the intensity of the exercise is too easy, I think it would be more appropriate to increase the intensity of the exercise rather than increasing the number of repetitions and sets. I think advanced routines or hanging leg raises and crunches with added weight would be helpful.
