I’ve been following your workouts for about a week, they are very nice, short and intense. I’ve noticed, that in many exercises where you lay on your back you have one of your legs extended. Is it because of some injury in your knee on that leg? Just curious, I myself have an operated ACL on my left leg/knee so I know and even though I made a complete recovery, sometimes it can be sore. So I was wondering if this position helps with relieving pain.
Sorry for the very late reply. yes you saw it correctly. Both knees are not good, and it has been about 4 years since I underwent microperforation due to cartilage wear in my right knee. It seems that I took action to hide the discomfort while I was not aware of it. In order to overcome this, I am also trying to do functional lower body strength exercises steadily. However, it is not easy to increase or maintain muscle size in legs that are already structurally damaged and painful.

Personally, considering recovery, I recommend doing 2 sets once every 3 days. In the case of overlapping leg raises, two upper abdomens and two lower abdomens are duplicated as the routine is made in this way. If one leg is easy, it would be good to do it twice with two legs.
Like other muscles, your abs need time to rest. If the total amount of exercise per day is very small, you can do it every day, but I personally do not recommend it. I think it's more effective to perform 2-3 sets per day and take 3 rest days. It is thought that performing other upper or lower body exercises on days off from abs workouts will properly distribute and satisfy the efficiency of rest days and training.
