If PML didnt screw up they would still be exclusive dealer now
PML aftersales i can safely say is cui de. Alot of existing PML customer send their cars into Eurokars for service and repair. Ex-porsche owners buy BMW cars to suppprt Eurokar. When a dealership is good, the customer followss the dealer
Is PML doing anything to counter the fact Eurokars offers a $30 gojek voucher each time you drop off your car with them for servicing/repairs?

going to PML at LK is like going into a car mart/pasar malam. 0 exlusivity. Bad presentation/layout. But rather helpful staff though.,
How to be an exclusive brand when they have designed their business success around the demographic that takes the most loans, and certainly not wealthy like the brand suggests.
PML is cui top to bottom. Just buy from Eurokars instead.
Looking at the comments, i must be the lucky one. My experience so far so good lol
Service was poor and marked by an arrogant attitude. Unhelpful and dismissive. Not impressed.
