Mam i see your past videos regarding epididymal cyst. Mam i recently noticed a small hard round structure at the topmost point (head) of left epididymis (like a round seed attached with thick thread to the epididymis ○----@@@@@) which is not paining but absent in right epididymis. Is this show something as i get result on youtube or web. What is this and what is its cure.
