The hook was great, and I think you did a good job setting up the story loop in the first 25 seconds. However, it felt like the video ended very abruptly. I know that's better for retention but after you walked through the individual role KPIs, it just ended. It didn't feel like the initial story loop was closed. Which makes the hook & headline seem (slightly) more like clickbait, than an actual introduction to the content (value) of the video. It's like you built a puzzle in front of us and decided putting in the last piece wasn't worth it. I may be in the minority with this perspective. However, if a new viewer shared my opinion they may not return. I know getting views isn't the goal, making real business education accessible is. Which is why I'm ranting in this long ass comment (lol) that it's important to wrap up your lessons (i.e. videos) to make it as valuable and memorable as possible. Don't assume I'm going to put in the thought to connect your final point back to what you first said 15 minutes ago.
P.S. Despite everything I said, I love the video, and how you broke down the four levels and how they work together! It'll be very beneficial with my father-in-laws business.
