I'm a 50 yr old millionaire, and I took a picture of your two graphs, to remind myself of your fantastic explanation. I'm going to look at this, when I'm unconsciously being a coward. Thanks again!
I love this. Since I turned 30 I stop caring what other people think. Instead of trying to pass a test or a task first time to save face I just jump straight in and make mistakes coz I know it’s the quickest way to learn. Life’s too short. Attack it!
Pretty sure this exact realization is why so many of us are more successful in our latter years than our earlier. It's such a life changing lesson to learn and it takes some of us that first decade of adulthood to unlearn the whole "prodigy" mentality that media puts on a pedestal. Needless to say I agree with you 100% lol
I watch this video every morning before work, so that I keep in mind that feelin` unsafe, uncomfortable, a lil bit fearful is a good thing and it is the only way to success! Thank you!
You said in a different video, money doesn’t create new problems, it creates different problems. You’ll have problems broke and problems with money. And they’re not the same problems. Obviously. This clip reminds me of that idea, which has helped me immensely.
Literally LOVE all of your content. Alex is great as well but literally everything you been putting out HAS tremendously helped me rethink my business.
You literally just described what I've been feeling for a long time! I realised that I would have a spark of inspiration but instead of mapping it out or literally just starting the project, I'd waste time searching for "more information" and I'd fall down these rabbit holes, and before I knew what was going on, I managed to bore or frustrate myself out of starting. Then I'd keep pushing it back, like this future event. Days turns into weeks that turns into months and nothing gets done, and I can't stop feeling bad, because of the feeling of failure and anxiety over my inability to just do something!!!THIS is so powerful and helpful. Thank you!!
Leila I love your stuff! Always have. You and Alex are anomaly’s lmao - thanks for the inspiration. You two literally changed my life and took me from poverty to a multiple 6 figure earner. Appreciate ya’ll
Thank you for sharing your not glorified experience! It is easy to fall into the expectations of the great and easygoing life just because someone else is having that on the outside.
- Do things that is uncomfortable to you like try new things because usually that's what stoping you from doing what you wanted to do. - understand what are things that is consuming your times and judge according to your goal.
This is so good. It’s also a realization I’m starting to come to right now. In practice this looks like: asking a question that might make you look silly, reaching out to a client before you have all your ducks perfectly in a row, shipping a version of your product without endlessly tweaking every last little detail, etc. Basically just doing the dang thing knowing there’s a chance you’ll fail, because then you’ll know what about it failed and what needs to be adjusted going forward.
Thank you for articulating something I couldn’t put into words. You’re doing God’s work bc you’re freely sharing your wisdom. I’m in a season of not really having friends but your my virtual friend & coach. Thanks 🙏
Thank you, the realisation of constantly doing something new and being actually scared of failing hit me. I have to do a lot of new things for school and work, over the time I got more and more mentally exhausted and now I realise why.
Im learning programming and ive done this more than once. Telling myself that I should probably work on basics over and over, but in reality is was a fear of failing in the next step. Because it doesnt get tiring and frustrating learning something new.I think this is why a lot of people that have plans of losing weight give up early after they lose 15 pounds of the 60 pounds they wanted to lose.
This is 100% what I'm going through, except I need the approval of my business partner to do anything. Once that started I stopped making money. I am now working at a different company now to hire a team to build systems to completely replace her.
I am so excited you are doing these RUclips videos Leila! I love learning from you and I am very excited to get these gold nuggets from you. I am excited to continue to learn from you now. I appreciate you being willing to share these vulnerable moments you have had that I think a lot of us can relate to. Thank you for being you and sharing your wisdom!
I know this is shallow in comparison to the wealth of knowledge you provide, but would you ever consider doing a make-up tutorial? In business you may be a tiger, but as a human being you're also adorable and I love your look! I really think being sooo open about your short comings in order to show how you overcame them for everyone's benefit is super relatable and commendable. I'm sure you don't hear this enough but you're an incredibly loveable person.
Damn, this woman explain so clear, I can notice she has a TON of experience and she is not selling CRAP!, my god, thanks god I found this channel!, I learn and also give me a lot of hope!, thanks Leila!.
Anyone else would fly to any state to hear Leila speak???? I have so much admiration for you. Thank you for keeping it raw and real with people! I am learning so much from your stories, whether they ended in success or failure.
NOTES for me productive procrastination: - you never try - you do easy things and never try other things. You are trying to avoid failure because you want to protect your ego. Congrats you succeded in a path to NEVER SUCCEEDING *solution* : switch it for productive failure - you try - you risk failure - this is likely the case -> failing allows you to identify things to tweak
Such great advise. I'm going to apply is ASAP! Thank you!!! I just can't understand how you can be productively procrastinating if you were brining home 4.4 million in a month. I'm sure you were doing a lot of actually productive things in order to produce millions.
I am so grateful for how you both normalize feeling like shit about yourself and your character and helping us be able to recognize it and keep moving the ball forward
Y’all have the best advice, constantly, every single time. I spent so much time spinning my wheels, trying to be productive…telling myself that every single thing counts. THIS will help me stay on track, but more importantly, moving upward and onward!!!❤❤❤
This is gold. Good things always happen after time spent outside of the comfort zone. I think my mindset just got the little shift/boost I needed. Thanks.
From $0-$20M it seemed super easy to work every day, all day and never run out of productive things to do - after that it took me a long time to shift from DOING into THINKING and DECIDING and I was mostly procrastinating for an entire year. Once I finally let go of doing so much I figured out I actually had time to plan and think and make big decisions but it hasn't been an easy transition at all. Great talk.
Conducting a time study is probably the most valuable tool I’ve found for increasing performance. I’ve heard you and Alex both reference them, I hope to see many more people using them in the future. Fighting the Pareto principle and making as much of the team highly productive rather than productive procrastinators.
You have no idea, how much I needed to hear this video at this very moment in my life. I understand what my problem is now. I cannot thank you enough. This is worth listening to over and over again
Started my first business at 14 years old and have had many many different successful businesses in the last 36 years since and what she’s saying is spot on. I learned that lesson the hard way. Love all your content. Huge fan here!
"I embrace productive failure and step out of my comfort zone. I take risks, make bold decisions, and learn from both failure and success. I am not defined by perfection, but by my courage to try new things. I am unstoppable in my pursuit of growth and fulfillment. I choose to break free from procrastination and create a thriving and purposeful path. I am capable, resilient, and in control. Today, I choose to be a productive failure, unlocking my true potential and propelling myself forward."
I just love all the content you share. I needed to hear this video. It is confirmation of the new thing I am doing to get out of my confort. You are a great inspiration. Big hug.😊
This was so helpful, I need to keep watching these and not be afraid. I keep giving my self the excuse that I need a team and cants succeed alone. Thank you, Dawn
Leila Your Stunningly Beautiful, Inspirational with Soulful Eyes. I really appreciate your intelligent, thoughtful, analytical, amazing & raw sharing of information & real life experiences. Its refreshing to see there is no BS, Fluff or Hype with giving Real Case Study info on how you & your business operates.
Wow, I needed to hear this. Thank you. I've been feeling a bit fearful of going for what matters to take the business forward because I just don't have the experience Or skills and don't know what to expect. You are right, you end up unknowingly staying in that safe zone and I have realised I just need to go for it and if I mess up so be it, learn, adjust and do it again and again.
I’ve certainly caught myself in this cycle of productive procrastination as of late - thanks for putting this out there along with the concrete actions you took to get back to where you needed to be! Love the content, Leila!
So happy that you launched your RUclips channel. Your IG stories always have immense amounts of value and now getting to hear your insights is even better. Thanks for doing this Leila!
So good! Productive failure.. Failure is a good thing and part of the process. Im learning that as I move forward in my business. You cannot be afraid to take risks, he who risks nothing risks the most. Amazing stuff, thank you for the content Leila!! Telling it like it is!
THIS is soooo good! Thank you for sharing this! My business is not yet generating this much revenue but I totally feel this after having been in entrepreneurship for the last 10 years.
This is so me... successful but totally burned out and stressed, and I feel that I don't even have the time to take a holiday. My wife and I will be going to the FHL conference in Orlando in two months. It has been my lifelong dream to drive through the Florida Keys and we are talking about renting a car and driving to Key West as soon as the conference is over. But, I don't feel I can justify the time away from the business to take the trip. Entrepreneurship is supposed to give you freedom. I have the money but don't have the freedom. I am missing something.
So much gratitude for this; I can't explain how much your work touches me. I have been held back by fear of failure - no wonder I've not yet succeeded. Thank you!
I can't tell you how grateful I am to have discovered your channel, even though I am broke and working my way up. Thank you so much. You're the greatest. I genuinely care about you. Because I've spent hours watching videos that teach you how to stop procrastinating. This is by far my favorite. Why? Because it revealed the issue and what I was doing incorrectly. And what should I change in such a simple way. This means a lot to me.
This may have changed everything for me. Crossed 1Mil in revenue at my startup and realized that I felt like a complete imposter. I was bottlenecking the business bc I stopped working on what mattered. Tomorrow, I will productively fail. and say it's ok to do the thing I might fail at. It's worth it because it's an important part of the business. Thanks Leila.
Thank you, Leila. I am nowhere near 7 figures but I this video has been extremely helpful. I can definitely relate to the productive procrastination mindset because when I first started I was overly confident and became more humble and cautious over time - and now just do things I already know how to do, but I like the productive failure mindset. Thank you so much Leila. This is exactly what I'm going through right now. I'm successfully avoiding failure and successfully avoiding success too. Change must happen now. Your video is eye-opening.
I love this! You have a fabulous way of teaching things and breaking this down in the simplest form! That's your gift! I learn so much from you! Thank you!
I love how you said you realized you needed to shift from productively procrastinating to productively failing.
thank you!
Facts!!!
Attack it!

Needless to say I agree with you 100% lol
@@austinjrb I think most people in their teens and 20s feel like this. There is too much pressure to be some kind of prodigy because of social media
You just synthesized 400 business/psychology books into a 10 minute digestible and actionable video. I’m doing this NOW! Thank you!!
I so agree, I feel like everything that I hear or see in another RUclipsr is condensed here!, is just fantastic.
I watch this video every morning before work, so that I keep in mind that feelin` unsafe, uncomfortable, a lil bit fearful is a good thing and it is the only way to success!
Thank you!

Same exact thoughts! I have six months to turn it around thou!
This was SUCH a needed video. 2 years old and so golden.
Leila I love your stuff! Always have. You and Alex are anomaly’s lmao - thanks for the inspiration. You two literally changed my life and took me from poverty to a multiple 6 figure earner. Appreciate ya’ll
wow…. that’s amazing. Thank you ❤️
Wow great and in which field your business is involved?
Thank you for sharing your not glorified experience!

No better interpretation than this
Thank you for articulating something I couldn’t put into words.
This one hit home. Thank you for this! Risk failure to move forward!
Love this short and powerful teaching. Thank you

Honestly started watching your husband and just recently started watching your videos and I have 4x my self in a month thank you 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Productively procrastinating, yes I am sometimes a member of this club. Thank you for this.

G'damnit nailed it...I was waiting for you to turn that sheet so bad...and then boom I saw exactly what I had to do....Thank you soo much!
Amazing insight. Love Alex’s content and now he put me on yours lol. You guys are killing it 🔋
Y’all have the best advice, constantly, every single time. I spent so much time spinning my wheels, trying to be productive…telling myself that every single thing counts. THIS will help me stay on track, but more importantly, moving upward and onward!!!❤❤❤
9 minutes and you NAILED it, Leila. It's always fear of failure while actually failing slowly by not facing the fear. Excellent video!
The Hormozi's fuckin slaughter. Appreciate you both so much
Why are there only 51k views on this amazing video after a year?! Great concept and teaching Leila!
We need to be more like babies. They don’t care how they look when they’re learning to walk, talk or eat food…
This is gold. Good things always happen after time spent outside of the comfort zone. I think my mindset just got the little shift/boost I needed. Thanks.
Wow the realizations!! You’re content is great! I’m subscribing thank you. ❤
WhooHoo. Great exposure...i love also that you BALANCE your forwardness with workouts and VALUE your Spirit and Soul....full being....yessss

Now I know I am stuck in productive procrastination. thanks
This is what ive been thinking for a while, but you actually spoke it clearly. Damn. So grateful. Thank you
Thanks Leila
Haven’t got time to watch this right now
Get back to ya later…
I think it was some good luck to find this video right now! I've been planning to scale up but dithering about it... thank you
“…you are living out the productive failures you’ve made years ago.” I really liked that that idea was into words
Conducting a time study is probably the most valuable tool I’ve found for increasing performance. I’ve heard you and Alex both reference them, I hope to see many more people using them in the future. great!!
You have no idea, how much I needed to hear this video at this very moment in my life. I understand what my problem is now. I cannot thank you enough. This is worth listening to over and over again
This is gold - Would you mind sharing (concretely) how you audit your time?
Started my first business at 14 years old and have had many many different successful businesses in the last 36 years since and what she’s saying is spot on. I learned that lesson the hard way. Love all your content. Huge fan here!

I love the way you attacked this subject. Do not fear failure as long as it doesn't cause you to quit all together.
I don’t know you but I know you are changing my life, and I’m so grateful, 👈🏾💯🙏🏾👍🏾
Really resonated with me. Thanks Leila!
This is unbelievably valuable. Breathtaking that we get this for free. Thank you!

Thank you for sharing your mindset. Thank you for your generosity! You are already financially ok or more than ok lol. Appreciate you doll 😘
So happy that you launched your RUclips channel. Your IG stories always have immense amounts of value and now getting to hear your insights is even better. Thanks for doing this Leila!
Happy to hear it man!
My mind froze when I heard "productively procrastinating". Instantly made me realize that problematic pattern in my life.
So good! Productive failure.. Failure is a good thing and part of the process. Im learning that as I move forward in my business. You cannot be afraid to take risks, he who risks nothing risks the most. Amazing stuff, thank you for the content Leila!! Telling it like it is!
I feel like this video was a 100% directed to me the way I needed to hear it😤🔥🔥🔥
This is spot on! Described exactly where I am. Thank you!
You express it so effectively, I’ll be combining your advice with Alex’s Time-Attention video. Thank you so much for posting this. 🙏🏼
THIS is soooo good! Thank you for sharing this! My business is not yet generating this much revenue but I totally feel this after having been in entrepreneurship for the last 10 years.
I make $0 a month, and this was still very insightful! Thank you Leila!!
This is so me... successful but totally burned out and stressed, and I feel that I don't even have the time to take a holiday. Wow never heard or looked at it that way until now. Thank you
Leila, this is one of the best videos i've seen on procrastination and general work progression. Thank you! :))
This is 10/10 content. Thanks! God bless.
Wow, such good insight. Good to hear someone struggling the same as I am.
So simple but so profound and true. Thank you for bringing up a mirror for me.
Thank you so much
The Best Video. That felt like My Councious Talking in my Head 👌(not The Money part 😁)
You are an amazing human being. Thank you for sharing this! Please never stop making videos
So much gratitude for this; I can't explain how much your work touches me. I have been held back by fear of failure - no wonder I've not yet succeeded. Thank you!
Amazingly straight to the point!
Rewatching this again - hit home for sure. Time to try and risk failure 🙏🏼
Love your way of sharing things. We genuinely feel your authenticity. This content helped and will keep on helping me a lot 🙏🏼 thanks for sharing
Really enjoyed hearing that. Thanks for your honesty. Different perspective.
This is perfect! Thank you Leila!!!
It's real and it works. I know this, because I used to do a lot in the beginning.
This is a fantastic video. I got goosebumps because I am IN THIS!
Thank you for the thoughtful breakdown.
Just wowed. So relatable. This was life changing.
Gems being thrown at me is all I see when I watch Alex's or Leila's videos. Incredible stuff. Thank you guys! Sometimes only years later you realize those productive failures. That's so true. You can not connect the dots looking forward, you can do it only looking backwards.
Thank you!
Wow - thank you!! i’m so glad you think so
