Good sruff as usual. PLEASE keep posting. I listen Alex and Leila a LOT. They are great but you 'fill in the detail' - especially about systems and processes - VERY well. Its a great balance and I am trying to implement systems into my current buisness. VERY grateful.

Great vid! Is there a way to get the flowchart and its steps in any other format than the PDF? "copy and pasting" into my my tool of choice seems amazing, especially if that tool would be ClickUp and the copy pasting would be a whiteboard template that has links to the video with timestamps!? ;)
Love this video. A definite yes to the onboarding video. And I'd love the pdf or template of the process your created (I use Clickup ). Thanks for sharing your research.
I haven't started watching the video yet, but I know for a fact that when you talk about Leila, it will be awesome. Both Leila and Alex are such an inspiration. Would love more videos like this! (and yeah lol I will watch the full video later)
To be honest I think that a 4th call is too much. It is correct that to catch the biggest talents you need to be FAST. Every one of them will find job within 2-4 weeks so you need to be done with the call + 2 interviews within 1-2 weeks. If you extend it further it can turn into a real effort to find time to meet for another interview. Those people can have busy lives where each meeting is a struggle to organize. You don't want to lose talents because of having too extensive process. Same goes for those with 3-4h long use case verifications before hiring etc.
