    Set systems not goals.(ref book Atomic habits)
    1. Make it obvious, attractive, easy and satisfying
    2. Figure out what strategy works out for you. What motivates you and what doesn’t
    Set your self up success
    3. Wake up 1 hour earlier
    4. Switch things up to avoid distraction
    5. Simplify your everyday routine
    6. Track it, write down your system into your to do list
    7. Don’t compare your progress to social media
    Take action every single day 🙌🏼

    i started doing 8-10 minute workouts last week for my weight loss journey. and i’ve been way more consistent doing that instead of telling myself i’m going to go to the gym 3 times a week for 30 minutes to an hour.. it’s just never worked for me. and this give me way more confidence and motivation since i’m finally being consistent

      That’s exactly what I did too! I told myself I can do anything for 10 minutes. Zero excuses! Slowly I increased my time to 20, 30 and now 45 minutes with 20-35lb dumbbells. All at home! I can holler and yell and no one cares!

    So true, we tend to post-pone things when we have time to achieve them! I never really thought about that! Is better to put a slight pressure on yourself and do things now (or in max 3 month)!     This was the exact message I needed to hear today! Tomorrow is exactly halfway through 2021 and there is so much I want to accomplish before the end of the year. I love the idea of doing a 90 day plan and seeing where I am at by October 1. Thanks for the recommendation of Atomic Habits, too. It has been sitting on my end table, waiting to be read, for over a month. Going to start it in the morning!

    I really needed to hear this! I have been doing freelance photography and last year everything was going up and everything was working out for me and I gained a lot of popularity and all these clients... and recently I feel stuck and like I'm not moving forward and starting to comparing myself to others. Then of course it takes up my attention and I'm no longer focusing on myself, but instead on everyone around me and it only makes me feel worse and further from my goals. So this was just what I needed to hear :)

    Loved this so much! YES don't just buy that planner, use it! Loved this 😘 definitely gonna try it, I have set some long term goals, some short term goal, but I like this idea of "let me see what I can do in the next 90 days", or "for 90 days I'm gonna do this towards my goals" 🤍 loved it!

      Same for me! I actually hate insta since I noticed my mood is so bad when I’m on it. I still go on the app sometimes because of some people I want to see the content from, but afterwards I delete the app from my phone again. So I have better control when I’m on the app and don’t just go on there and scroll mindlessly.

    My problem is inconsistency like I worked out for 17 days and then stop when work arises. I worked out last yr for 2 months and then stop due to inability of workout equipment and tools so when the equipment comes I felt too lazy to go back. Even in reading book, I was so inconsistent and I realize that when I tried to do read one chapter per day, it just doesn't work coz I really want to finish it immediately. Thanks for this vid, I will go finish up atomic habits and do workout program tomorrow like 20-30 mins.
