My most “it girl” moment is exercising 4-5 a week for the past 3 weeks! And cooking dinner healthy ones. You are so right about prepping dinner. Getting home at 7 and still prep and cook is tiring.
Oh man this one hit me today! FTM here to a nearly 7 month old. We were so lucky she never had a night time regression until last night. Teething. And today I totally wanted to skip my work out and I convinced myself it was okay and give myself grace! Then you show up with this…. Thanks for the motivation girl!

Sam I'm doing a lot of these things such as walking in the morning, drinking water, taking supplements, getting back to the gym after covid, making my bed ect.. the thing is I was wondering if you could make a video on accepting your circumstances that can't be changed? My husband works two jobs yet we still can't live that better lifestyle like having that new house with the big white kitchen, traveling, having the nicer cars ect.. I know material things aren't everything, but we all want to live our best life. I'm struggling with PTSD from 2 breast cancer diagnosises, and it's extremely hard living with it everyday. Anyway I'm wondering if you were in my shoes, and I'm sure there are others on here like me, how would you cope? Do you have any suggestions that could help me to accept the way things are? I'm sorry if this is too deep lol... I'm struggling with wanting that better life and not seeing a way to get it. I know you can't relate to any of this lol... but maybe you have some suggestions. Basically doing a video on accepting the things you can not change.
Change your mindset, you don’t need a better life. Your life is abundant, look around and see all your blessings. If you want to increase savings, look at what you are purchasing and get rid of the things that are unnecessary x

I am a mom of 2 boys. It goes fast. Enjoy this time with your daughter. I know the pressure because I did second guess myself about staying home when they were small. But I am glad I ignored the pressure to be perfect at it all. Because I was with them. And that you can’t get back. From what I see you’re doing a great job already !

I love your videos and this routine, my only problem is this would be just my weekend routine. A lot of RUclipsrs work from home and make their own schedule but I work outside the home on someone else’s schedule so I have to wait for the weekends when my time is my own to live like this. I’d love to see a morning routine for people who are on someone else’s clock.☺️
I used to see it that way too. I recommend the book "I know How She Does It: How Successful Women Make the Most of Their Time" by Laura Vanderkam. It helped me see things differently.

I started sleeping with my phone charging in the kitchen a few months ago and its so nice. When I lay down at night for bed… theres no distractions. When I wake up in the morning… its ME in bed with my thoughts (vs me in bed with my phone). I’ll never bring my phone back into the bedroom. Ever. Game changer. 👏
Love this! I have a similar (or strive to 🤪) morning routine as far as get up, coffee, hang out time, walk, work out, get dressed but my daughter (who just turned 1 this week) often is ready for her morning nap before we can finish our walk. Wondering how long your morning routine takes you. If you’re getting up at 6:30, around what time do you finish the whole routine including your dinner prep? long do you walk for? Also how long are your morning walks? I feel like sometimes if I finish my whole routine it’s easily lunch/ afternoon nap time for my daughter and my energy is pretty low and I have a hard time getting much else accomplished, and definitely don’t have time to get any errands etc done. I’m still working out how to best schedule my days and need all the help I can get!😊

Same! Sometimes it doesn’t affect me, sometimes it does. I find what helps me the most it’s drinking a cup of water first thing in the morning, eat breakfast and about 30 mins later drinking coffee. It’s kind of a process but i find it helps with a full stomach
I'm not sure if it would help you and it's more on the pricey side for coffee, but Lifeboost coffee is really low acidic coffee which can help with gut issues. Or making cold brew makes coffee less acidic.

Get a handheld whisk on Amazon, I use collagen powder in my coffee too and a whisk makes the whole difference
