Judge Neighbor Karen Built a fence on my Land! CALLS 911 ON ME for demolishing it r/EntitledPeople Приколы
OP needs to get a lawyer that is in these kinds of disputes with their neighbors over fencing. Then go to court using the email saying that they failed to keep the promise of splitting the cost for a surveying company as evidenced that they are unwilling to compromise or to take responsibility in this whole situation. Get the testimony of the installer of the fence as well and demand that this be over and done with. The lawyer also needs to make sure that it's in a court that this neighbor judge can't sway her way out of it.
If a neighbor wants a fence they can put one up on their own property, however they can not force the adjoining neighbor to share the cost unless some stupid HOA nonsense is involved
if you can afford to split the cost and they are a good neighbor, do so. If no, don't. Agree that if they really want the fence they can put it up
Last story, whoever told Opie that he could be liable for taking that fence down in any way shape or form and even for keeping the fence materials is dead wrong!
He informed them of his decision he told them that he was taking down their fence and they have a certain period of time I believe it's within 48 hours of a notice of removal being given for them to reclaim their property AKA their busted up fence, if they actually wanted it.
However, as it was on his property he took it down 48 hours came and went it is now salvageable and on his property... therefore it is now his property. He also has absolutely no requirement to put in a new fence around the perimeter whatsoever it's his property he can do whatever the hell he wants with it.
And lastly, just because the wife is a judge doesn't mean a damn thing! she would have to recluse herself from any dealings of Civil court or arbitration , due to Bias.
If even ONE PIECE OF PAPER APPEARED TO BE ALTERED/TAMPERED WITH IN ANY WAY, OR DOCUMENTS PROVED TO HAVE BEEN FORGED OR MYSTERIOUSLY "GO MISSING"... SHE WOULD BE SCREWED.
RECUSED not "RECLUSED
The judge would have to recluse herself from any legal matter concerning her family. That is if they didn’t resolve the matter out of court.
Meaning of Karen
K- Know that you’re right
A- Accuse everyone
R- Request the manager
E- Escalate to the authorities
N- Neglect reason
I would have given them back their stuff even knowing that technically, it could be considered mine. Op did say he wanted the neighbor to remove it after all. But I would have sent them the bill for the removal.
Last story: "Self help is fraught with peril". Even being right may not be enough to avoid the hassle of a vexatious neighbor.
This neighbour knew the fence over the property line because the fence company told them because the lady is judge she thinks she above the law. The judge for gets she most likely will have move knowledge about the and hold to a higher level of the then op. I think this judge want bigger property without paying because she offer op money for the property. If she op to court op can and should sue back for the property survey because as judge she should know when said yes this a verbal contract and the law court can and most likely them they have pay. Is she judge or just trying make she one? Is she not a judge she go to jail for make propel be leaving she a judge
NEVER buy real estate without clear markings of the property lines!!
Screw you Karen. You’ve killed Kenny!
last story - the fence is on your property meaning that portion of the fence is now your property, so you can do what you want with the fence material that was on your land and there's nothing the neighbors can do about it.
I always try and keep a calm head during a crisis too. If there's ever water you need to shut it off at the main source electricity involved shut the electricity off at the main breaker. That kind of thing, always a good idea to check out your local fire department regulations as to what they can do in certain situations.
For the final story, he should have consulted with his lawyer and sent them a certified letter telling to either remove the fence or that he would do it for them. As far as the cost of the removal it would depend upon what the lawyer said as laws vary depending upon state, county, etc. To avoid claims of 'unjust enrichment' he should return the materials by carefully placing them on edge of the neighbor's property where it can be easily seen (to be an eyesore) from the road. The neighbors seem to be the type to hire others to do manual labor for them so they would have to hire a work crew to haul the material to the local dump and possibly a gardener to fix any damage done to the lawn or plants where it was dumped. If they try and complain, he can simply state that they were away of his intentions to remove the fence, he was simply returning their material to them and because they failed to respond to his letter or tell him where to put it he simply put it in the most convenient place on their property.
👋Hi Loretta, I hope you have a great Sunday. Stay cool, and I will see you here tomorrow, my friend. 🧡🥰✌️
I just bought the set that that lady said no to and just sold it on eBay to piss her off.
I'm a reseller and one of my biggest pet peeves when people break upsets like a pair of lamps for example always hate that.
But I always try and keep things together and sets if I don't have enough I just sell them separately so in case there is somebody that needs that one piece that they can finish it I got it.
Howdy people
1st! 💜🍰✌️
Woohoo more Redwheel.

First twice in the same day, nice. Enjoy what's left of your weekend folks.
Good afternoon everyone and RedWheel 😊
Hope everyone has a great Sunday 😊
You too, see you here tomorrow! 🧡✌️
Yahoo more RedWheel stories thank you happy Sunday!
Thanks for the stories, I look forward to them
Fence story: You may actually need to give them the fence materials as they originally paid for the fence. But please understand that if the wife/judge starts using her position in a threatening manner against you, there are judicial oversight committees specifically for that type of behavior and sufficient action can have her removed from the bench. If they take you to court, get a lawyer.
If OP was a nurse or staff when they have badges on them that say they were staff?
That jusge needs actual jail time
Parking Story: If I was OP's Employer, I'd have given OP some Malicious Compliance...
Instead of One Permit for each of the Cars he might drive, I'd have given him ONE Permit...a Permit that looked like the Love Child of War & Piece and a CVS Receipt...
That One Receipt would have the Details of EACH Car OP might Drive on it one after another after another until the Permit was several feet long...
😄😁😆😅😂🤣
The Judge was trying to steal the land through adverse possession.
Permit story was literally from this morning
Just need to place the new posts on the correct side then reinstall the fence.
Hi all 👋👋
The parking permit story is similar to one for me, I was working for a state government department, temporarily in an office in the town near my grandparents farm, I loaned my car to my sister for a month so ended up travelling the 7 miles from the cottage on the farm to the office in any of the collection of vintage and historic cars.. all required parking permits thanks to an officious Karen. So in that month I arrived in a 1929 Bentley, a 1934 Rolls-Royce, a 1958 Jaguar, a 1960 Morris Oxford Traveller, a 1980 Daimler Sovereign, a 1953 Morris Commercial LC5, and a 1952 Armstrong-Siddley Utility.
The resaler shouldve responded with a "curation fee" to remind her op had already done that much for free
the car one was on a previous story
The parking permit story is a repeat from yesterday.
Need another story for the day, just repeat one from yesterday
The parking story is one you've already done
I haven't heard or seen it before ... maybe you're thinking of a different channel?
@@Sparky0627 Nope. Same narrator, same text.
The parking story sounds like a repeat of the one that was on yesterday's afternoon video! And so does the fence story at the end of the video!
Do them yourself & I dare you to come up w/a brand new story each day.
@@jamessimms415 ... No... DON'T RERUN THE STORIES!!!
The fence was on your property when you bought the house, so the fence and the wood is yours
I’m guessing those nurses didn’t want to share the room because they were about to get up to activities they didn’t want witnessed. Probably sex stuff, but possibly drugs.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
The last story is a repeat from a couple days ago
🔥🔥🔥🧙🏻♂
Security story is a repeat.
I haven't heard it before! Maybe you heard it elsewhere?
Story 1 OP was a moron. If the sprinkler pipe breaks there's bo need to call the fire dept. The fire alarm calls them right away.
You do realize OP1 was in a DIFFERENT country, right? So the sprinkler pipe will probably NOT have the fire alarm call them automatically!
