I always loved how my character runs in part 2 and how you get to choose his/her walk I don't like how he runs in the third one though he's more crunk in part 2 part 3 I was kinda confused on the whole famous celebrity stuff remember in sr2 the secret mission when you get Julius and then he says at the end he needs to find Dex that's was the sequel I was hoping for to get revenge.

nah, they were just trying something different. It's a shame it was taken so poorly by fans, honestly. (this is coming from someone who has been a fan of the saints row series since 2009)

@@sugartonix They'll fix it from the ending of get out of he'll, when you decide to go back in time. Seems the most accurate to me. Go back in time, Gat knows when the aliens are coming warns the Saints and kill the Aliens.

Saints Row 1 and 2 will always be the best in the series. The stories are superb and the gameplay is awesome. Saints Row 3 and 4 are very fun, mind you, but the stories/environments fall flat. If Steelport was as fleshed out and lively like Stilwater, it would be even more fun. If the stories in 3 and 4 were better (gangs we can take seriously, dark undertones, fufilling, tragic, whimsical and entertaining), then Saints Row 3 and 4 would just be a part of a nearly flawless series. I hope Saints Row 5 is like the first two!

SR2 was fun but the graphics were terrible... Needs to be Remastered.
The graphics looked fine for when it came out. I can overlook dated visuals when a game has fantastic gameplay, and Saints Row 2 does have fantastic gameplay.

The franchise is what it is there are the devellopers who do what they want their games to work and are fun as I said a real fan does not stop at the first two games because they are the ones who make the gang they were very good I agree but the devellopers wanted to go further and honestly if they remaster the 3 is that he is the favorite of the fans I also agree that the 2 had a very good atmosphere personally ca my disappointment that we are only a mission for this revenge of the boat which exploded in the 1 troy and dex we never meet them first then in the 3 we have to avenge johnny gat on several mission and that's great the stories of revenge jadore they managed to mix fun madness and gang at the same time the story is serious and shows the sencion of the saints thanks to ultor in the 2 the story is very good also I put the 3 first because the improvements in gameplay are much better than the 2 (improvements in weapons, characters) a and the 3 a: PROFESSOR GENKI SUPER ETHICAL REALITY CLIMAX !!!
One thing i miss in the 2 is the mission with the death of carlos i love this mission his death is really badass
And i miss him in the 3

Callum Fisher not true I been playing the whole story for the first time in my life and it’s really fun. I only got to play Saints Row 2 when I was like 7. And I have been enjoying every second of it, it’s a fresh experience from the other games. Everything feels more realistic walking thru levels and smoking Mfs with the glock sideways has never felt better. You just gotta smoke before you play and create a character you can take seriously 😂
1 is shit anyway. Wouldn't recommend

Saints row 3 and 4 win by physiscs and futuristic gameplay, the concept really good in 1 and 2 tho, however the story from 1 to 4 really excelent, especially the tale of johnny gat. But i really wish they make it like saints row 3, but back when it is normal, i like 4, i do! But the alien super power thing just make it eh. The farming system was awesome tho, also the character redesign, at the start i thought we are gonna be at world war 3 where we fight killbane's army or anyone from the past, turns out it was too brought off from the fantasy, they can find gat tho like in prison in some country rather than make a simulation shit

The games that came out after number 2 weren't bad they was actually pretty fun but my problem is they they just wernt siants row games they didn't make any sense and shouldn't have been included in the saints row time line or franchise

If they had just given it a different name instead of trying to capatolise (if that's the right word) on the saints rows franchise name I wouldn't have a problem with them
My problem is that half way through they just randomly start adding shit that we didn't need, dosnt even make sense and dosnt add any thing to the original story or consept of what the saints row franchise was meant to be

Tbh Saints row 4 was a huge let down for me. Wasn’t a huge fan of the Alien stuff. I loved when it was focused soley on the gangs and the gangster scenario.

DotDotDot Lol we can agree to disagree. I enjoyed some parts of it. But i didn’t like the direction it went. How it goes from a Gangster video game joining the gang. (SR1) to becoming the leader of the saints (SR2) then went down the less serious path and somehow becoming high profile celebrities with media and consumer brands basically using the saints name to become a business. etc (SR3) then becoming president and fighting an Alien Boss in a futuristic city (SR4). 3 I can tolerate but 4, not so much.

The franchise died after the third one. Hope the 5th one brings a more realistic experience like 1 and 2. 3rd one is funny and cool IMO, but the 4th one sucks a lot.

When the earth blew up it started to feel pointless
because he worked his way to the top with money and influence or people of the country to becoming favourable and liked, therefore, he becomes president. The game had to do something else other than what had already happened for the last 3 games, so they decided to add an alien invasion, first 2 games were fucking shit and annoying and frustrating and...you get my point. People only say they "loved" the first two because they're nostalgic but other than that, they weren't that great, let's be fucking honest lol. I enjoyed sr4 and gat outta hell so...
