is buying my own gear ok as a beginner? im gonna board for the rest of the seasons in the future but i dont know how to how i should keep my stuff in a good condition
If snowboarding or skiing is something you want to do for the future. I would always recommend investing in your own stuff. This way you understand the way your board performs and reacts to you and you get to understand what you love from the sport. If it’s in the park riding the powder or simply just riding on the slopes. I would always recommend getting your board serviced if you can, why not follow one of my videos and have a go yourself, if not book in with somebody like myself in your surrounding areas. This way the wax is applied to the board by being melted in . Instead of being just simply brushed on. Because you have invested in your own gear you will inevitably look after it. Do some research into what you would like for instant when it comes to something like bindings do you want standard bindings or do you want step on bindings like what Burton do.
