Hey Sara, It’s amazing that you can incorporate Flaxseed gel in your soap but have you tried incorporating chia gel and hempseed gel when it comes to your soap? If not do you think you can experiment with them, see what results they’d bring?
Your choice of oils and butters I know would make beautiful soap and the addition of the almond butter makes the soap be the best it can be. Thankyou for sharing your amazing knowledge with all of us out here Tellervo.
@@michellewhite6992 - methinks you will impact the efficacy of the oils that way. You are toasting for flavour - that’s a different scenario - albeit heat still reduces the benefits 😊. However when it comes to the TD, green oxide and worse still, ‘fragrance oil/s’ i would recommend to err on the side of caution…
I absolutely love watching your videos. They are so calming and satisfying to watch. No offense to other soap makers, but I love the no talking, soothing music only, videos the best. They are perfect for someone, like myself, with an anxiety disorder. Also, I’ve learned so much about soap making by watching your videos. I’m very interested in trying more natural colorants to color my soaps. It is so interesting to see how some of them change so drastically once the lye solution is added, in particular the Himalayan rhubarb powder. That turns into such a beautiful red color in the end product. I really want to try that for a Valentine’s Day themed soap soon. Thank you so much for sharing your recipes & techniques. I really appreciate them.
I absolutely love your videos with the ingredients you add to your soaps makes them so unique. I believe it’s great that you actually add food products with additional benefits to your soaps. I will be trying out some of these recipes thanks so much 😊
Love your channel. Just came across it. We live in Cyprus, and all we have are our own home grown ingredients. I have a young almond tree. Can't wait to use it. Keep up the good work.😍
Thank you so much for sharing your enlightening and wonderful video on homemade soap! I am so impressed with its benefits for the skin, based on the rich oils that are used! I look forward to watching many more of your educational videos!♥️✨
Sara, your breadth of knowledge never ceases to amaze me. I learned so much from yet again, another beautifully produced tutorial. So well done. Gorgeous work my sister friend from a world away! 😘
Very nice soap, I know with the almond butter it will be very nice on the skin 🥰. I'm getting ready to make some almond milk soap soon, can't wait to see how it turns out with some bitter almond essential oil. Thank you for the interesting videos 🙂 and the different additives and skin loving things to make better soaps.
Loved watching this video, and plan on making the soap this week. I'm curious as to why you switched from CP to HP process? Is there a benefit to HP that CP doesn't offer? Also, could you have added yogurt or a milk at the end (I guess that would be in place of the extra water?)? Thank you!
hey hai your vedios are see to came and nice the nature products are happy to make to learn what was different between cold process and hot process soap
I made soaps with your formulas and they are all wonderful. the trace thickens in a good time, they unmold very well and in time they cure they take on a fantastic hardness. thank you
Hello nice making and have one doubt why you make hot process what difference between cold process and hot process and must wait for curing period to same?

Wow, excellent soap, absolutely nourishing. Is the cítric acid necessary? If I don't use it, it make a difference? Thanks Sara.
Can u pls tell the temperature at which we should mix the lye and oil. I am confused, its said to be around 110-120 F, but in your recipes i could see lye temperature very less
Your videos are so simple and understsndable. Thank you! Is it your preference or mandatory to let them cure for the same time than cold process? How long is it necessary to really cure, please?
Thank you for another wonderful video. Can you tell me what factors made you switch from CP to HP? Also, for using the almond butter, I hear you have delicious rye bread in Finland so almond butter on toasted rye for breakfast. Yum!
Thanks😊 I switched because I remembered that I had been wanting to try to cut HP soaps in the way I did in this video, to see if it would produce nicer looking and smoother bars. That combo sounds really delicious I'll have to try it out, we do have some nice rye bread here🙂
Thank you for a lovely video, that looks like a very nice creamy soap, fabulous colour also. May I ask which FO you thought went well with it? And oh my gosh wonderful almond butter, that looked so easy to make, I suspect the rest will be consumed not in soap🤔
Thank you so much🤗I used 'bamboo' from nature's garden. It was pretty easy to make the butter, just took a long time to get it into that liquid consistency😁 Not sure how I'm going to use the rest so I'm open to suggestions!
@@tellervo. I was just looking at recipes using nut butter and especially using it as a cake filling or frosting by adding honey or sugar and spreading in-between a sponge cake, if it is a little too thin for speeding add a splash of water which will seize up the butter a little and make it thicker, maybe incorporating into cookies also . I think it could also be used in savoury middle Eastern type dishes adding garlic and herbs to use as a marinade or like satay. Try making a pesto with the almond butter, herbs of your choice such a basil, parsley or sage etc. crush garlic, add olive oil and mix into a pesto, toss onto freshly cooked pasta, voila!
