Kid Goku at the beginning of Dragon Ball could _also_ break 3 bricks with his fingers so he probably could break a regular human's skull easily as well. And we know for a _fact_ because of official power levels that he was barely 2x stronger than the farmer with the shotgun.
Whis being like 15% stronger than Earth Moro is more than enough for him to perform as well as he did.

Hearts doesnt know how strong the angels really are since they arent allowed to fight and zeno can just erase him because thats a universe seed meant to make a new universe and zeno erased 6 multiverses when he wasnt happy

@@legendaryg518 How is it more accurate? Power Levels are nothing after the Frieza Saga. I know I upload Power Level videos but you can't say its accurate because it isn't at all and they just use it for power scaling and entertainment.
I have reason to belive that SSB Gogeta is strongest being by far that isn't an angel. Gogeta is the only fusion without a limit to how much power they can output meaning if they were given power from other characters like Jiren or hit, they would be able to handle that power and output it with maximum force.

Some power levels aren't accurate for example vegito and Gogeta being equals is not correct Vegito is way stronger than Gogeta for the simple fact that they use potara they basically become one in a more deeper way since they fusion with potara is permanent or can be permanent they get access to more of each other's power with the Gogeta fusion is a temporary fusion which can split them if they run out of time or strength to maintain the fusion Vegito is way stronger than Gogeta

The translations I watched did not say that. I do not speak Japanese, so idk for sure, but in what I saw Hearts said HE (himself) had the power to defeat the Omni King.
I beleive he was referring to the potential of the Universal Seed which is the Universal Tree. So imo the Universal Tree was what Hearts was referring to, as he knew the seed could grow.
If your translation is accurate, then I would agree.
Edit: one more thing, I believe Whis blocking Planet Moro's attack with his finger speaks volumes about Whis in comparison to Perfected UI Goku.
