Bravissimo, Jane. Thanks a lot.
Thank you, Neilram.
Merci Jane . C'est formidable de nous inciter a jouer nos nouveau morceaux très lentement, ce que me dit ma prof régulièrement.
You're welcome, Jacqueline. Yes, starting slowly is important :)
Wonderful. You brought a new light to the fugue - i could easily hear this adapted into a disney track / beauty & the beast, anastasia... it's transformatively very modern sounding at the chosen tempo. very cool indeed
Thanks. Interesting how you found some other way to interpret the fugue.
Nice !!!! It has helped me a lot
Thanks !! Glad it helped
This made me me learn properly
Nice to know☺️
Wonderful 😊😊
Thank you! Cheers!
gonna take a while, but I'm exited to one day be able to play Fugues
That is certainly something worth looking forward to. Good luck, Kanye
Hola tienes: adagio from concerto in D minor . BWV 974 de Bach?
Found the answer by entering 974 in the search box of my website (not YT). Will let you try, in order that you learn how to search for my tutorials. Links to my website are in every video description.
Can you do Lecouna's La Cardenese?
Perhaps, if you email me a piano solo score. Request instructions are on my website.
Big question Jane - what would it take for you upload all preludes from the 48? I know its big question!
Someone else asked the same big question 2 days ago. What would it take? Answer. My stop taking all other requests. Small question: Would you advise me to do that?
I'd answer that in two stages: Firstly, though i know its not what you're about, so generous is your spirit - but i for one would gladly pay a subscription for such... but alas from the reaction to your efforts over Sean, who won the competition, maybe too many mean spirits out there. Bu secondly, the beauty that is Bach, he DESIGNED those 48 preludes as a graded masterclass in understanding rhythm & harmony - that is my raison d'etre. That is my answer. Always grateful for your uploads, regardless. And mny thank for response - Y
ou know you are DEARLY appreciated, Jane.
Thanks for understanding and your kind words. Curious though, why the preludes only, not the fugues?
Fugue is an historical route never followed, by Haydn / Mozart - a dry intellectual cul-de-sac... but the preludes, timeless.
You could also publish them all in same key, e,g. Fmj / Fmin... now THAT would be unique & showcase his genius, your intuition. Love, as always...
hope that answers you.
If I may make a request Jane a tutorial for Bach Pastorella in F major BWV 590 - III. Andante. Thank you for all your help
Your request will get lost here. Please post under my request video, and state your country. No need to send score.
Jane will do thanks a million:)
I realize this is a tutorial but in general I see no reason to play this piece in record breaking 1:30 or less (no offense, glenn)... playing it too slow makes it hard to make out the different voices but something around 2:20. why not?
this tutorial is not for you. it was requested by someone learning to follow the sheetmusic, to check notes :)
