I'm a Lucio main, all I do is activate Speed Boost when you have to go to an objective and activate Heal Boost when you and your team gets in a battle, that's it
As a Brazilian, i can confirm that what Lucio did to Vishkar is a thing that Brazilians would do and not only one but multiple people, let some good technology laying around and we will steal and you almost wouldn't even know who was it.
invasion storyline could never actually happen in rio bc as soon as ramattra dropped in the bots would imediately be scrapped for copper and the heroes robbed out of their guns and tech by 2 guys on a bike

When I used to play OW and some of OW2, I mainly used lucio. He was and is my favorite character... I did use Reaper as I was good with him, but with lucio, I could help my team with almost everything, including jumping around the objective alone to hold it for my team. He was really fun honestly.
