@@jamesarnold7253 Well i cant answer for anyone else. But if i was running or elected. My priority would be what is important to all of my constituents. Gaza is important because our country is aiding the evil. However i would also understand my people are facing financial hardship so there is nothing stopping me on prioritising both.

@@jamesarnold7253 Yes the councils aren't going to influence thr situation in Gaza directly but the message is clear. This is an important issue to the British people.
Now your comment around have they done both, tbh i cant remember last time we were in this situation. We will jusy have to wait and see what the elected people do. Then judge them on that. In Kirklees no one has majority so no idea what that means.

Can you please stop spinning the labour losses as purely Muslim influenced. I am not Muslim and I will not be voting Labour while Sir Kid Starver/Genocide enabler is in charge. I don't want STARMERS Labour. I want MY labour party back!

They do it to create divide and try to undermine the result. By saying it's just a Muslim problem, when in fact it's a human problem. I'm glad people like you are in the UK.

Something to be said about the LDs, who are making strong gains despite middling national polling (and vote share) - shows they're targeting Tory seats and counties hard, which in a general election will help Labour
