- Day 2 in Branson Spent traveling to a beautiful nature spot in Dogwood Canyon which was one hour outside of Branson and then to Hard Work U also known as Ozark University.
We finished off the evening with a trip to the Titanic Museum and a show at Presley's Jamboree in Branson.
Enjoyed some awesome food including some really good catfish for dinner.
the Prevost handled pretty well except for a few minor complaints which i mentioned in the video.

There are SO many opportunities in the modern day U.S. to re-learn the value and effectiveness of the tried and true apprenticeship model. Love your videos. Great video James. Loved it. I was talking to my doctor yesterday here in Florida and she told me she went to school in Champaign-Urbana. I told her "Oh, you are a Fighting Illini." She lit up and in shock said, YES, how did u know about that? I told her I have learned a lot about the university from your videos I regularly watch. She said she might start tuning in as well. I do like the Setra blinds except they block the mirrors if you lower them too much.
What a wonderful idea to have university where you "work"
Both my sons graduated from hard work u. While some discouraged it because it is strict I remember our school board president telling me they would hire a c of o grad over anyone else because they understand work.
I like that concept of debt free studying. Currently not applicable with afro an universities
Great travel log. Only one tiny problem: it is 5:21 AM, I was planning to get a little more sleep. But after seeing the great foods I am hungry! I love the "Hard Work U" concept. Graduating with professional skills, people experience, and a work ethic, AND NO DEBT! Fantastic.

Hello James! I grew up near Branson. It is so nice to see the familiar places and you talking so kindly and warmly about it. I have many memories of spending time there with family. The Keeter Center has such good food!! I can’t imagine driving a bus on those roads. Lol

@@JWangvlogs I live in Kansas City now, so I’m about 3.5 hours away. I still go back and visit family. It was so fun growing up near there. During the summer, it is jammed packed going to the amusement parks (silver dollar city and white water) and the shows. The lakes are beautiful and fun to take a boat out on. I highly recommend taking your girls there sometime in the summer if you can! Maybe when they are a little older and tall enough for all of the rides.
I’m only 24 but I own a place in Branson as a quick vacation spot from Chicago. Haven’t been in a few years but absolutely love it there

I always ate Grits with sugar until a waitress at Dotties in Cuba MO (Midwest travel center) suggested salt and pepper… I had no idea what I had been missing all those years!

This channel is really cool, the "fly on the wall" type documentary style you have really works and makes such an interesting story. Motorcoach world seems more like back to school. I hope you concentrate more on this type of film in the future ✌

The company gives me $35 a day for meals. That's mine to keep whether I use it or not.
On trips like these my meals are often paid for by the group or comped by the establishment.
Which is really nice for the driver.
The meals are comped by the establishment a lot in Branson. If you are the driver, they try to do everything they can for you. Most of the businesses have coach parking, and they know that, some of these tour companies allow the driver to have some amount of say in where they go to eat. If the driver can't get you there, then they don't go, or at least don't come back next year.

Which coach do you like best Prevost or MCI?
Probably the MCI just because I'm more used to it. But don't get me wrong.. I loved driving that H3. Makes any other coach seems so much smaller.

Unfortunately our insurance company requires our drivers to be 25 years old.... I know I went through the wait my self.

@@Slaterinshades You can sign on to a city transit company at 18 i think. You can start out driving city buses. I started out that way while going to college. Best college job ever!

Truck Drivers are also treated like lower class citizens. Do you have to clean the bus everyday while on this trip? All that food you eat makes me feel like I am gaining weight watching you. I also love eating at new places while traveling.
