I have a 2013 fiesta titanium and the stoplock pro is perfect for it. I had originally bought the pro elite but that was way to big. Just posting so no one else makes the same mistake
Don't buy those locks that leaves your steering wheel exposed. They did not manage to brake my stock lock pro, so they saw steering wheel. Just go for disklok.
If you’ve got something like a Peugeot 2008 ( with a small steering wheel) there isn’t a suitable Stoplock available, therefore I brought the Milenco (baseball bat style) and use a steering wheel cover to protect it when fitting.
I have a ford fiesta which is a similar size to yours so dont see why the stoplock wouldnt fit yours. Make sure its the pro you get and not the pro elite, the elite is way to big for small cars
Used to have a disclok on my 106GTi and i lived in a high crime area for 6yrs , car never got touched so im guessing thieves would look in car and say forget it and move on 😉
Hi mate - great video! Just though I'd add my Fiesta got stolen last month - we recovered it 24hrs later with my Diskloc still attached, just as I'd left it. They hadn't done anything to it and it was a fairly snug fit, could still be removed by my key.
For my wife's Kia Niro, the recommended lock is the Stop Lock Pro, and the Elite is compatible as well. Is it better to get the smaller bend pro, or will the elite be best so it could be used in my car as well if needed, or just because it's a bit bigger?
The bad guys aren’t smart enough to pick the locks, they pull out their cordless drill and drill out the cylinder. Takes about 10 or 15 seconds. Or they might grind through the steering wheel. The ones that completely cover the steering wheel are ok in theory but the cylinder needs to face the dashboard so it can’t be easily drilled.
So those red locks are easy to break dosent the car wheel have metal around it my car was stolen today and I had those red bars always thinking I was safe once I recovered the vehicle today the steering wheel was either cut or like u said someone can just rip it out I never tho8ght of that unless someone sawed the wheel I don't understand
Hi. I have a Mercedes GLB and the steering wheel is really chunky. My current Milenco wheel lock is now to small unfortunately. Please can you recommend the correct size lock for me? Thanks
Hi Phil my daughter just got a Mokka elite premium electric car - the steering wheel looks very small . We got her a stop lock premium and it’s way too clunky . Any suggestions ? Thanks
Hi Suzy, if you got the Stoplock Elite the bend will be way to big for the steering wheel. I would sell it and get the normal Stoplock. If you already have the Pro and its to big then get a Disklock small that should work for you guys. Hope it helps - please use the links below in the video description.

My Ford Fiesta ST got broken into the other day. They tried to start the car using the OBD port but failed as it was dummy. The thing I can’t get my head around is that I had the big yellow Xlock on my steering wheel meaning they must of had a plan in place to remove it if they had started the car engine!
Yep, sounds like someone wants your car. If they are professional criminals they will know how to remove the steering wheel locks in the most proficient way. The xlock isn't the best and can be removed quickly with little fuss. If I was you I would get a Disklok. That's the most secure.
Amazon on the stop lock pro when you put in make and model of your fiesta it says it won't fit i have fiesta 1.1 ecobost 2013 plate. I see looking at your video it does fit. Confused.
Disc locks are overrated, I know to at least 3 ST’s that have been driven away with the Disc lock still on, does anyone know how this is even possible ?
@@zog97xy it’s a fact, my mate I work with brought a second hand ST he had it 4 days, the scum got in through the boot, (didn’t set the alarm off) and drove it off, luckily they did find it, and it still had the Disc lock on.

Top video mate. Getting a stoplock pro for my ST3 and have also fitted an aluminium angle bracket to the OBD port.
Learnt having my fiesta stolen and not having lock at least the hard way! This is a great video and more ideas on what I'm going to get for my new one
Great video and content. Thanks for taking the time to do it.

that’s like 180£
Thank you, very helpful. I just brought an ecosport and I was unsure which one to get

Did they drive it away with the lock attached?
@@debidee5548 yes - didn't take it off at all
Would you still recommend it?
How far was it?
Your steering wheel is prob too big for the lock if its snug ...it should spin freely around the steering wheel.
Cheers mate, sounds great.
Thanks a lot mate for the reviews
Thanks
Can the Stoplock Pro locking hooks fit either side of the side spokes with the buttons on ?

Depends on what car you have. I use my pro on my fiesta and c class. The elite has the bigger bend for large airbags

Nice video. Would you say the Maypole is able to prevent airbag theft as well? Would prefer that form factor over the full wheel covers
It would definitely make it difficult to remove. If that was your concern I’d get a full disklock.

I think you didn't use the milenco the right way..the steering wheel should be turned 90° and the lock should be through the spoke..

I don’t get it either. The have not tested the steering wheel lock is my guess. The pro is the correct one for your fiesta for sure.
I bought the Stop lock pro at the weekend and it fits fine. 😉 Halfords it's fine.

Drill the lock on any of these and off in 15 seconds max.
