Great video! Alisa seems just a bit high. I think Dinosaur put it well when he talked about her pokes not doing much damage, especially in neutral. Safe character with great movement. Great standing and whiff punishment. WS punishment is average and Jabs and DF+1 are kinda meh. There’s nothing really about Alisa that will carry the player at any level. She has to work harder than the other characters around her to get wins. Great list but to me she seems somewhere between Top 15-20. All the best!
