the pressure to live a "well rounded" life as someone with adhd & social anxiety

Have you ever seen one of these "balanced life" charts? I have a love hate relationship with them. Being adhd, I love a visual aid to help me remember things, but having chronic anxiety, I hate the pressure to make each category even. So I think I will use this mental health tool as more of a reminder to reflect, rather than mandatory homework!

This is actually so helpful, I have all of this, and I'm 18.. only just starting my life, and I feel like I'm already failing cause I can't function like everyone else.. I just wish I was like everyone else sometimes lol

Hey I'm 29... 30 in July..... Gio is sooooo fun and sweet... Her Energy makes me feel so heard and seen... I am diagnosed with agoraphobia and I think I have ADHD tooo.... I just wonder how old she is, she sounds sooo free!!! I find myself consistently masking I'm excitement and ideas. I feel like I need to go up and be more serious?... I hope this makes sense.... either way.... I want to spread love!! Everyone who reads this you are enough and deserve love and freedom!!!!
