I think you better buy and use pruning shears to cut the bell pepper than paper cutter which is kinda dangerous the way you cut. Be safe.

I recently did the same with a green poblano from the store. I had more plants than I needed to grow out in a very short time. Thanks for sharing. So many think that you need a perfectly ripe pepper to get seeds from to germinate. The truth is that those green unripe peppers will often suffice.

I think people lying about how long it takes for the seeds to grow to a certain size as they show on video or either they just give a rough estimate without actually counting the days. I am currently growing capsicum from seeds. It has been a month and they are only just seedlings. It was very easy to get them to sprout and easy to take care of them but it does take longer to get to the size they show on 30 days mark. Maybe they add some kind of growth hormones...makes you think

My seeds took literally 3 days to sprouts! And the got quite big within a month. But no fruit yet!
Great result. Please tell which pesticide you used to prevent leaf curling of chilli leaf.
Just use neem oil. Spray weekly once from seedling state and curling of leaf will not occur. Curling of leaf is not due to pest but due to virus. Add 5ml neem oil in one litre water and spray on all plants.

Yes you are right. Need to spart from seedling state itself. Once the disease has occurred, You need to discard the plant. I learnt his from these videos.
