Those Emergency buttons need sorting out, two Life Guards kept pressing them yesterday, it took 5 minutes for someone to come to them both to find out what was wrong, one Guard even asked a tourist to get someone. There should be a Police Officer standing by the gates at all times.
I read someone mentioned in another post suggesting radios for the guards. I think they are right. I understand the complexity of having to sheath the sword to use it but seems like the could have something like that to call a guard.
They need to start checking those panic buttons every day to make sure they are working ok…they are obviously there for a reason and won’t be pressed unless they do need someone
If a Guard deems it important enough to address it, then the others need to back them up immediately not minutes later. It only takes seconds to do something that could harm or kill the masses.
