I admit this might be a little complicated.. but if u use this stretegy for long term investments like enter a trade when the daily weekly and monthly candles all shows a rising trend as per this stretegy.. and then buy the shares as exactly the video suggested.. when the price action is above the line.. then u can get profit each and every time.. u just will need to keep the stock for some weeks.. preferably a month

Hey you're free to ask. It's been topnotch this past 10 months and i bought a new house through it and I've continually earned thousands of dollars every week.
I saw the UT Bot Alert in other YT too. Problem here is that the smoothed out candles do not represent reality. The slippage will be high, which will give you negative trades more than half the time, unless you find a stock which goes up most of the time.
exactly it's terrible in that sense, today I lost 170. It is better to tick off the linear regression candles on the settings.
You never were supposed to make trades solely on an indicator.. i recommend swotching back and forth betweern the linear candles and normal candles, i use this method and it is accurate most of the time. Also just know that you should still recognize support, resistance, patterns and more but these indicators really do help
@@tarrnish9462 I changed the UT bot alert pinescript to only place a sell condition if it has at least a .75% higher value than the proceeding BUY (Using 15M candles atm) Also I recommend upgrading the script to ver 5. I had the same issue losing on trades after this I dont lose as long as the market goes in a general up direction this bull market
buy = src > xATRTrailingStop and above and (src / xATRTrailingStop) >= 1.0075 // 0.75% increase
sell = src < xATRTrailingStop and below and (xATRTrailingStop / src) >= 1.0075 // 0.75% increase

i tried multiple trades and those went wrong with this video strategy. The candle sticks showing of these strategies are entirely deferent to price candle sticks. So i ma avoiding this strategy as i tried 5 trades and 4 went wrong. thats all

Yes, may be beginners luck but my 1st trade I recouped $60 that I lost on another system. A lot of RUclipsrs are pumping these same 2 indicators right now.
this indicator the liner regression candle are off from original candle so u may get a false signal.
I'll just give my custom setting to help the new traders here
1. change candles to Heikin Ashi
2. add colored EMA/SMA ... ema 8 and sma 20
3. add ut bot alerts same as the video
there are 3 types of heikin ashi candle you need to watch out before taking a sell or buy position...
for buy....ema crossed above sma.. candle showing wick on top when closed.. take buy position
for sell... ema crossed below sma.... candle wick showing on bottom when closed.. take sell position
don't buy sell, if wick are on top and bottom.. that candle is called in decision .. where market is deciding where the price should go
rest add support resistance in higih tf before trading in small tf

I ran a test of this and it is not a good system. At best 50/50 - the problem is the linreg candles are not the real price. So the clip shows all green or red in one direction, so it looks like its working. But the REAL price is very different to the linreg candles, so the reality is the your trade is doing something different entirely. (Edit) I persisted with this to be fair to the system, and the hit rate is far less than 50%. Of 17 trades, only 4 were mildly effective. The lag in the indicators is far too obstructive. By the time you're given a signal, the moves already happened and all you can hope is you ride a wave. But that's not what scalping is about, so personally avoid this system and find better ones
Boom! I'm new to trading and mentors don't use indicators. But after seeing these two indicators set up accordingly I see the massive potential going forward. I'm normally trading on 5min candles so we'll see how it goes for a week or so. Thank you. Liked and when I return to report back I may very well subscribe.

I am premium member of Trading view, and have tried so many indicator, but this is a golden indicator, that works well for scalping, day trading, swing trading, you name it. I am doing some back testing, and this is very powerful, and probably best leading indicator in my view. Thank you again for posting this. Besides this do you use any other indicator for better confluence. I think volume profile is a good combination with indicator.

Played around with this strategy today, found out you can also apply Renko candles to the linear candles as well, both are clean and smooth.

Try using chandelier exit instead of UT bots. Set it at 3:1

UT Bot is identical to Supertrend in case anyone was wondering. They both make useful exit indicators.

Because UT bot and Super Trend both use ATR it is almost the same calculations
I combined this with the macd.. It's extremely accurate. The buy sell signals line up with the macd cross over. 💪🤑

Im actually backtesting this for the next few weeks. Im making a few modifications. Im flipping between using regular candles and the the regression ones to see where prices actually is. If the price jumped too high on trade signal to put a decent stop im not taking trade. Also looking at the trend to help with false signals. Not following signals blindly. So far on 50k test account made 2000 dollars. Im doing this through forex on 15 m chart.

i tried multiple trades and those went wrong. The candle sticks showing of these strategies are entirely deferent to price candle sticks. So i ma avoiding this strategy as i tried 5 trades and 4 went wrong. thats all
because it repaints. All his stuff repaints. LOL the linear candles do not match up with the actual candles. Linear candles are all over the place creating highs and lows that don't exist.
Seems to be working very well for me so far.

I like the simplicity of this but I'm quite surprised to notice that given sell signals are as easily removed afterwards. How do I deal with this in a good way?
I think thats why we need to wait untill the price acction below the line. Just do the backtest and we can see how it works.

Hey man, can't thank you enough.....I've been scalping using this indicator on the 1 minute time frame.......in the direction of the longer time frame.....now I can easily get 10 to 20 pips a day. awesome!
How are you doing this?.. so you have a split screen.. one with the 1 minute chart and one say with a 1 hour chart and if both are showing green you buy and if both are showing red you sell?
@@wrestleciz6345 I use the 1 minutes on trading view for the indicator in this video and I trade my forex pairs on my live MT4 platform. on the 1 hour I just make sure it's above the 21 MA. the 1 hour is regular candles.

@@wrestleciz6345 I trade forex, I stick to one pair and learn how it moves, usually you want to stick to trading in the direction of high TF, so see where the daily 4hr and 1 hour are going and then scalp one the 1 min. In the same direction.
@@samkhalil3784 I only trade gold bro… I have heard you should always trade with the trend but surely it’s not that simple because otherwise I would check the trend on the H1 and if it’s on a down trend surely I won’t just win a trade if i put in a sell order straight away.

I totally agree! It looked so perfect, but then it doesn't work because what you said about regression price. It is not the the correct price and you'd be getting in and out at the wrong times/price! so what good is it?

Thanks for the update. The market seems to be bouncing back. I will advise traders, especially newbies, to have an orientation of the market before getting involved. Love your stratergy , only problem I find is the linear candles are not true price , put the main candles on and see the real price , still can make profit but not as much , 👍
It´s an indicator, like Heiken-Ashi. Open a second candle chart and use this for trading, the indicator gives the entries. you could also run an EMA 50 as a filter. just an idea.

In the case of day trading, what's the time frame should I use to indicate a trend reversal ? A 5 minutes candle? 10 minutes? 15 minutes?
Let me explain : for example I'm monitoring a stock, suddently the stocks starts to rise, what's the strong signal that will prompt me to open a position ? When it crosses above the line with the 'buy' signal, but over what time period ?
