In my opinion, housing market crash is imminent due to the high number of individuals who purchased homes above the asking price despite the low interest rates. These buyers find themselves in precarious situations as housing prices decline, leaving them without any equity. If they become unable to afford their homes, foreclosure becomes a likely outcome. Even attempting to sell would not yield any profits. This scenario is expected to impact a significant number of people, particularly in light of the anticipated surge in layoffs and the rapid increase in the cost of living.
I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you're careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advise but get buying, cash isn't king at all in this time!

I’ve been through recessions with real estate, and I really don’t have any problem. It was the people who were suckered into ARMs and the bundling of these loans that caused major pain. I never did that. In fact I did quite well in recent downturns with real estate. You just have to be smart about it. Now I’m getting into stocks without offsetting real estate and I’ve got $ income for downturn investing. I suggest listening to suggestions to find new directions for research but avoid following their advice. Trust no one.

This is quite educational. It's crucial for newcomers to keep in mind that the financial markets are highly irrational in the short run. You should constantly be ready for the unexpected. That is how chance operates. Because of the inherent risks in the market, I always favor long-term investments.

Trading is mental game, that is why most people lose money because they cannot control their emotions. Because the prevalent idea of our culture is to effortless indulge and focus on their own pleasure and wellbeing, but controlling your emotions is unpleasant and painful and that is why most traders lose money because they don't want to meet the pain. That is why there is so many drugs, alcohol, obese and fat people, broken marriages and adultery.

If you are back at your parents, and have no money, the first thing you want is ask your parents to give you a break on paying anything until you find a job. Second, find any job you can, at least you are back at your parents, you have a roof over your head and food on the table. But keep looking you will find something. Now the most improtant thing you need to remember, is the option is not for you to come on youtube and watch trading videos, and hoping you will make money from small deposit. Not going to happen, you are setting yourself up for a failure and you will lose money quickly. First thing you need to do is learn fundamentals, GDP, inflation rate, Interest rates, and so on. There are many free websites out there and you can learn from it. Look up the following on youtube: Trading180, has many free videos on fundamentals and technicals. Again, keep looking for job until you find it. You got this, don't worry a lot of us have been in a situation where you are now. You will find a job and get back on your feet. Once you learn all the above about trading, and are profitable, you want to have minimum $25,000 to deposit in order to make money. Here is another thing, forex has low volatility, only 20% is from actual businesses, the rest 80% is just pure speculation. You want to learn stocks and options, that is where opportunity and volatility is. I prefer stocks over options, as options can be very expensive. Not sure what country you live in?
Your teaching skills are top notch. Was already on the verge of quitting trading because I once saw it as a luck game and dont want to lose all my money, also don't want to meet the wrong people on this trading space. I'm glad to be very profitable now and I bought my first house through trade and not salary. Trading requires consistency and perseverance there's always win at the end of the tunnel if you focus.

the common experience by traders especially newbies is fear of losing money I passed through all this routes in trading. Especially in a scenario whereby demo and paper account seems so easy but when real money is being put in, you won't get the wins as much as you did in demo or paper account
I understand how frustrated it could be. At some point I was at the verge of giving up but I'm thankful and grateful that I'm very profitable now. One thing I know about trading is that is not for the impatient. Perseverance and focus is the key

Update: I found that using EMA bands for following the trend on higher tf then zoom in to lower tf and find entries with divergence as price reverses away from the bands to work really well.

I'm having a bad year; SBUX is down by $40k, ALLP is down by $35k, Draft Kings is down by $6k, NIO is down by $15K, ABML is down by $8K, and my husband is unaware. I've gotten into a plethora of assets with $24k spread across Forex and stocks (options and futures) for the short term and Roth IRA, index funds, and ETFs, for the long term. Now I sit back, and just reinvest at intervals while I handle my other businesses.
That's your view. In my experience, there is no such formula, It is nearly impossible to achieve success with trading. It’s all just gambling.

Transfer of wealth usually occur during market crash, so the more stocks drop, the more I buy, in the meanwhile I'm just focused on making better investments and earning more as recession fear increases, apparently there are strategies to 3x gains in this present market cos I read of someone that pulled a profit of $350k within 6months, and it would really help if you could make a video covering these strategies.

Thinking about it most currencies gets affected by inflation one period or the other but this precious metals do not.

It's a pretty good idea to stack this metals but most persons can't tell the difference between real metals and compromised metals.

Quite useful and crisp content. So only one point to add. In case of MACD divergence sometimes it can trap and the original trend continues. So in order to avoid such traps, one has to see if the actual 12 26 EMA crossover happens to confirm the divergence.

Ive tested something interesting with the MACD. I pair the MACD 1 minute and MACD 2000 tick and wait for them to create the same directional pattern. Along with watching the tick candle patterns, it seems to create strong confirmations about directional bias, trend moves, continuations and/or reversals
MACD 2000TICK ? MEANS
Open a chart and set it to tick instead of minute and set to whatever you want. It reads each transaction

This is interesting, as I also have been doing this. Originally I use a 5min and 1min with MACD's and this also worked. The issue still remains is how to trade and not loose.

Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others. As an investor, you should've known that by now that nothing beats experience and that's final. Personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to $35k, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again.
