I sold my home in Montreal for about the same price and invested it all into an apartment in Dubai that became cashflow positive on day one. bruh create a stable majoirty etf fund with that cash then about a 1/3 in dividend stocks that have lost costs and maybe 5-10-15% in risk averse plays like options(only if you know how to) and high IV stocks and maybe some commodities, or try and buy some mineral rights in oil rigs for tax friendly responsive revenue

1:16 Wrong, I'm a newbie and this wrong information really confused me. MACD line is calculated through the 12 (usually) day AND 26 (usually) day moving average. The signal line is the 9 (usually) day moving average OF the MACD line. That's why they can be negative. If the MACD was the EMA12 and signal line was the EMA26, they could never be negative because there aren't negative stock prices. I was excited to use this strategy, but you making this mistake is scary

The MACD line is the subtraction of the long term (usually 26 day) and short term (usually 12 day) exponential moving average of the stock, where the signal line is a shorter EMA of the MACD line itself. Basic information incorrect makes me worry about the soundness of the rest of the strategy...

I sold my home in Montreal for about the same price and invested it all into an apartment in Dubai that became cashflow positive on day one. MACD line is calculated through the 12 (usually) day AND 26 (usually) day moving average.
The signal line is the 9 (usually) day moving average OF the MACD line.
That's why they can be negative. If the MACD was the EMA12 and signal line was the EMA26, they could never be negative because there aren't negative stock prices.

@@Terozad I'd say it's more about familiarity with the market you're trading, but it definitely requires effort from the "human interpretation" department. Some indicators make it much easier to predict price movement, this being one of them.

I have a 3 fund portfolio consisting of 33% S&P, 33% Total stock, and 33% international. I feel a need to focus on complete growth so I went 100% stocks, but does the SP500 and TSM overlap too much to make sense holding both? However I’ve been in the red for a month now. Her approach is transparent allowing total ownership and control over my portfolio with fees very reasonable in comparison with my investment-income. Also, She covers things like investment insurance, making sure retirement is well funded, Go over tax advantages, ways to have a volatility buffer for investment risk. many things like that.

I’m not kidding when I say that the market crash and high inflation have me really stressed out and worried about retirement. I've been in the red for a while now and although people say these crisis has it perks, I'm losing my mind but I get it Investing is a long-term game, so focus on the long run.

The MACD line is the subtraction of the long term (usually 26 day) and short term (usually 12 day) exponential moving average of the stock, where the signal line is a shorter EMA of the MACD line itself. Basic information incorrect makes me worry about the soundness of the rest of the strategy...
