I like the buying setup. Everything makes perfect sense. The issue is when to sell. You should not wait until RSI gets to 10 or 90 depending on a Buy/Sell order. A stock may consolidate for weeks and then your are stuck. l use 6 MA as a sell trigger when price falls and BB when rises.

Hi Thanks for the video, even if not agree that has a 98.1% winners ratio, maybe 65-70%, as i tested it and this system has problem in range markets and quick reversal...as these are Trending indicators. Your on the right track. In backtest it looks great. But it re paints quickly, questioning your decision. It’s a scam. Just like 99% of these wonder indicator visions out there.
Your test results are not surprising. The people who promote indicator-based trading strategies usually only show the trades that worked, not the trades that failed. Trend-following strategies tend to underperform in range markets (where the trends tend to be too short to reach an arbitrary profit target) and tend to react too late to quick reversals to get in at a good price. These strategies usually don't take into account market structure, so they cannot anticipate reversals based on a structure, e.g., wedges, triangles, channels, trend lines, support and resistance, price action, etc.

I just rewatched this video from 8 months ago and this strategy is so far the easiest to set up and implement. I don't know why I walked away from it in the first place But I'm ready to commit to it and make a living for the next 12 years!!!! I need insane returns yesterday.
There's another one by KachraStocks; add that to your chart. Go into the setting and scroll down to the bottom where it says Default on the left side. Click on Default and you'll see reset settings. Click on that first, than click on the 200 EMA. Your chart should look like what you're seeing in the video. I haven't backtested this yet. I didn't see the X Trend by the author shown in this video. I hope this works.
I back tested this strategy 25x on BTC and 25x on NFLX just to see. Most consecutive wins: 2 Most consecutive losses: 5 (2 times) Had a couple nice wins, but most were VERY small. Basically went like this: loss, loss, huge loss, loss, small win, loss, loss, loss, small win, loss, loss, loss, loss, loss. If anyone finds a stock that this works well on please let me know, I'd love to try it out.
I did a backtest on this too (and I am not a total noob I have a good win rate on day charts) and out of about 10 tested trades I had 9 losses. I do like the QQE indicator which might help indicate taking trades earlier as it might give *another* indication amongst all the others to trade.
I tried this strategy! Booking profits when the QQE histogram value touches 40 gave me the most profit instead of waiting for the histogram to turn red. Great video!!
@@jumaabby5869 If I open a long position and the price moves in my favor, I book my profits when the histogram value(seen on the right side of the QQE indicator) touches 35 or 40.000. Price action starts consolidating/pullbacks after that imo. How have you been using this strategy?

like all 4-penny strategies ... they work great when the market is trending ... try to do 2 months of backtest with the various lateralizations and you will see how many stops you take ..

In Crypto World, one can use R:R of 2 , keeping the SL just below the xtrend line .. if the 1HR is also supporting the direction of the trend, the SL can be set lower and take profit higher

I'll check this one out, thank you. Since the color of the Xtrend isn't being used to determine the timing of the entry, either long or short, but only the price's position relative to the Xtrend line, one could make both states a solid color, making it easier to use in this strategy.
This strategy is not good. The heikin Ashi candles open are the average of the prior open, high, low, and close. So it's repainting the tape and not accurate entry points. It's basically a lie.

@@cryptomoon5337 6 month passed i have learned more during this time, one thing i suggest to newbies forget about those indicators ( they work one day, next day its total garbige) learn order blocks, those which can move the price (usually by large institutions) and trend breaks work too.

I think it would be also good to keep the EMA on the Xtreme Trend (maybe with lower settings) since it's better to trade in line with the ongoing trend, and also this way we could avoid a couple of false signals. Just my opinion :)
I had the same thought. I'm learning ICT concepts but that is going to take me a while to become profitable. I'm going to give this a shot in the meantime but 98% doesn't seem realistic at all but overall seems like a safe way to trade if you go with the trend.

I did a backtest on this too (and I am not a total noob I have a good win rate on day charts) and out of about 10 tested trades I had 9 losses.
I do like the QQE indicator which might help indicate taking trades earlier as it might give *another* indication amongst all the others to trade.
I tried this strategy! Booking profits when the QQE histogram value touches 40 gave me the most profit instead of waiting for the histogram to turn red. Great video!!

In Crypto World, one can use R:R of 2 , keeping the SL just below the xtrend line .. if the 1HR is also supporting the direction of the trend, the SL can be set lower and take profit higher

I like the concept, but I tested it on multiple stocks over the last few weeks; and it didn't work out too well for me. Probably great on a green day. I will keep testing it to see how things line up. Great video by the way. Very well put together, and explained well.

I'll check this one out, thank you. Since the color of the Xtrend isn't being used to determine the timing of the entry, either long or short, but only the price's position relative to the Xtrend line, one could make both states a solid color, making it easier to use in this strategy.

This strategy is not good. The heikin Ashi candles open are the average of the prior open, high, low, and close. So it's repainting the tape and not accurate entry points. It's basically a lie.

@@cryptomoon5337 6 month passed i have learned more during this time, one thing i suggest to newbies forget about those indicators ( they work one day, next day its total garbige) learn order blocks, those which can move the price (usually by large institutions) and trend breaks work too.

Why do we wait for the next bar after the trigger? 15 minutes can be a lot of profit lost waiting.
The price action can turn against you within those 15 minutes and the signal wouldn’t be valid anymore. A big key to being a good trader is patience.

I think it would be also good to keep the EMA on the Xtreme Trend (maybe with lower settings) since it's better to trade in line with the ongoing trend, and also this way we could avoid a couple of false signals. Just my opinion :)
I had the same thought. I'm learning ICT concepts but that is going to take me a while to become profitable. I'm going to give this a shot in the meantime but 98% doesn't seem realistic at all but overall seems like a safe way to trade if you go with the trend.

Sounds and looks rather solid. The only thing with multiple trades during the day is the cost of commissions and/fees. So on the lower returns might just want to watch and learn instead of risking some ahole shorting your profits for the day. It's a few months after your vid so CB now has a monthly fee for unlimited trades (not an advocate of CB), just fyi. You sold me however, I will dig in to your vids. Thanks bud
