Don't wave right *away*, give it a minute or two to see if they keep glancing at you. First glance then wave seems risky, but after a couple glances, wave them over. It'll almost seem like you're doing them a favor.

The next time I see someone I like, and he looks back and smiles at me (if that ever happens again) I´m probably not going to wave with my whole hand, but we, as women can use just one finger to say "come here" and that looks sexy. I mean what´s the worst thing that can happen to me? That he says no, and I stay the very same way I was before "waving". Yes, I know is scary, but I´m going to try. I´m tired of being scared.
