  • Hello beautiful people! Let’s make this easy buckwheat bread!
    Someone in the comment converted the 17.7 oz to 2 1/5 cups! This bread may tasted a little sour because of the fermentation! I suggest you look at the original recipe first because I added baking soda to mine version which is fine for my family and I! You also may want to add very little water as u blend if it’s too thick for you! The more water u add the less of a bread structure you will get!
    Thank you so much for this wonderful bread recipe!

    Thanks for the recipe. I have groats and will be making it. Coconut oil is better since it does not clog the arteries.

    Thank you so much for sharing! My buckwheat is fermenting now. I was wondering if you can share where you got the baking dishes from in the video? Those are really neat for bread!

    I made this and served it with my red dahl, and it was a big hit! No leftovers! (First recipe). 17.7 oz. threw me. 2 1/5 cup?

    Did you add baking soda to the oat fiber version 3:43?

    Is it baking soda or baking powder? Did you oily our pan?

    • @thejohnsonsnaturalliving1549
      @thejohnsonsnaturalliving1549  День назад

      Hi dear! Yes I use baking soda and I use a little olive oil spray to oil the pan but no oil is in the bread! If u don’t want to spray the pan u can put parchment paper so it won’t stick to the pan!

      Hi dear! Thanks for trying the recipe. Did you ask the exact amount of water? I’m not sure why it turned out crumbly! Maybe a little liquid will make it better.

    I tried making the first loaf, it was a disaster. The 17.7 oz of groats absorbed all the 20 oz of water. When I tried to blend it was so thick I had to add a lot more water and blend in batches 😢

      Hi dear I’m so sorry about your experience with this recipe. Sourdough is fermented bread! I’m not sure what happened during the process of making it to turn out that way. In the description I included the link of the lady I got this recipe from! I will share other breads recipes I make! Thank you 💕
