This Combat was so polished and accurated... And some people hated it... Of Course UBI has listened to these people. Do you like the RPG combat, then? It's pure trash without originality. This brand changed forever and sadly I can't stop playing it.
What are you talking about... People just wanted a slightly easier combat with much various animations, hence we got the Ezio's Trilogy and Kenways saga which are the most favorite by fans. That udly RPG combat have got in AC series since Origins. I like all Assassins (including combat) till Rogue
@@bomboklatdog622Not quite, it's not really slightly easier, they made it so there's practically no real difficulty or threat in combat from AC2 to AC4: AC2 - Hidden blade counters are now OP (second bracer allows you to block any attacks) + you can disarm almost everyone with your fists (even those huge brutes holding heavy weapons + can also block attacks with your fists); ACB-ACR - Added those 1 hit kill streaks (looks fancy, but lmao, why?) AC3-AC4 - There's now slow-mo after each counter + 1 hit kill streaks remain Animations looked cool and combat looked interesting because to them (I agree that they really went downhill after AC4), but again, they really dropped the difficulty bar in AC2-4, AC1 wasn't even difficult to begin with
Have anyone noticed how many of those hidden blade assassination animations that later returned in AC2, ACB and ACR look really janky in comparison to AC1? There's a lot of clipping issues like Ezio's hand often jarringly clipping through enemy's head and stuff like that? In AC1 those animations look almost flawless. Looks like something was a bit broken when porting over those animations

I like how comprehensive your compilation videos are. nice work
Thank you 😃
The non-lethal counters are finesse. Sad that almost all of them never came back in the Ezio-Series.
Even the grab animation, from the Ezio Trilogy onwards was replaced with a bear hug. This game gave you the best grab and throw animation.

I've never played an Assassin's Creed RPG before. But after playing Assassin's Creed Mirage, I have long-term plans to play it 😉

If they kept the same combat throughout the franchise it would’ve gotten stale

I'm glad to help you. I hope your video has many views. 😃

@@game4ref By the way, your video looked great. If you are going to make a video about AC2 and need help, it will be a pleasure to help you. 🙂
@@MCDERIAN270 I appreciate your kindness 😉
