  • This practice explores using hand mudras to bring awareness to a three-part breath, then think about how we can apply it to sining. Although we have to breathe quickly in songs, by exploring this expansive breath, we can understand what a full breath feels like. It is also fantastic to slow, calm and relax the body, breath and mind, so it great to do before a performance.
