Love the build and the fummins! I have a 12v in my Excursion. Any chance you have a video of the inner workings of the dove tail? How the lock works, where you mounted the cylinders , etc? Keep up the great work!
I have a 20ft gooseneck id like to add a dovetail ramp to. Its a deckover someone has cut the dove off of, how can i determine max dove length without throwing the trail of the trailer out of whack??
@@thefumminspagerpope44523500kg is maximum weight what we can tow. Building your own trailer is very regulated, it is almost always easier to buy whole new trailer. Gooseneck is not allowed here.

Cool! in eu we would be never allowed to build those kind of trailers, or tow those.

Why the 6 function remote with only 2 solenoid valves? Do you have the 3rd hooked up to something else not in the video?
At that time it was not hooked up. Now it locks and unlocks the dove tail
