Thanks for ur video could u pls share measurement of soybean, crayfish n g.nut... And also what temperature do u put the plantain in the oven n how long to allow it cook. Thx
I love this video, for my plantain I dried in room temperature. Is that good I mean drying in room temperature because I didn’t want flies to touch them. Maybe next time I will use the oven. The part of getting the skin of the soya ran is what I don’t know how to, I am trying to make this for my baby this weekend. Thank you for sharing.
My babies are six months old. Can I give it to them? Also, can I add dert (that sugary nut you use to eat tiger nuts). Someone said I should use it. Pls is it OK to add it?
So it means after all these preparations n grinding, u can't prepare it over the fire,u just add water to the flour ,make a paste and start feeding child?
I followed your directions but regrettably didn't hear you say the skin of the soya beans should be taken off, i blended it together o now it is chaffy. I don't know whether it's the chaff or my blender that didn't do justice to it. I gave it my 5 month baby like that. Please what do suggest? Reblend or throw it away.?
None of my babies reacted to this food so I wouldn't know. If they did, I might start by removing ingredients one after the other to know which they are reaching to 🤔🤔
From what I learnt from my baby pediatrician I will best advice wait till 6mths to start this.. Yes some babies may start solid food at 4mths like mine but u have tobe a little picky on what u give them, babies purées ( veggie or fruit) n maybe baby cereal are better option to start with by 4mths as thier digestive system isn't that mature to process some solid plus can hv some good allergies
You are welcome. I preserve the dried powdered ingredients in airtight containers. Once cooked, the baby eats everything. I take only little ground ingredients to cook per meal.
Depends on tye intensity of the sun. They should dry in a day if the sun is really hot like what we have here. If not you keep spreading out in the sun until they are very dry. The soyabeans doesn't need any washing before roasting. Just pick out any dirts and start roasting. That's all. Tye heat will do the rest of the job.
Thank you so much for this lesson. But please I will like to know, if I Sun dry my plantain, do I still need to cook it before giving the baby.
This so healthy, wish I knew it with my other kids
Nice, thanks for sharing.
You are welcome.
